Appalling. Speechless. Bewildered. Angry. Scared. Is what we felt, all within a one minute conversation with Dr. Braiteh. My husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in July 2022. His gastroenterologist sent over an URGENT referral to Dr. Braiteh's office. No one called us to schedule so I called. Everyday. I even drove over to the office to try and get my husband on the schedule. I begged and pleaded, but to no avail. I was told that my husband's file was on the doctor's desk and when he had a chance to review it, we could schedule an appointment. Cancer doesn't wait. We FINALLY get an appointment two weeks later and sit in the waiting room for over an hour. There's a sign in the office that says "if you're waiting more than 15 minutes, let us know". I did, several times. Each time, the girls at the front desk stated "there's one patient ahead of you". For over an hour?? They finally put us in a room where we wait for another hour (now at the two hour mark and still being told there's one patient ahead of us). The office manager comes in and tells us that they just got a new computer system and they don't know what they're doing and she doesn't know where the doctor is. This is not comforting. My husband is in pain and we make the decision to leave. The office manager asks us to please stay and runs off. She comes back and says the doctor is looking over our file now. NOW?! It's been sitting on his desk for two weeks or so we were told. We wait another 20 minutes and start to leave when the doctor comes around the corner with the office manager. He's angry WITH US because we were tired of waiting and starts talking to us in a very condescending, non compassionate tone. He tells us he was doing our gastroenterologist a FAVOR by seeing us. I have never, in my life, experienced a doctor like this. At a time when we needed reassurance, compassion, understanding, a game plan, we received none. Doctor's are sworn in by the hippocratic oath - do no harm. It is a principle of medical ethics. Dr. Braiteh has no medical ethic or human compassion. I highly suggest seeking another oncologist that can service all your needs from medical treatment to compassion and understanding. It's imperative, when receiving a devastating cancer diagnosis. Cancer doesn't wait.

Been a patient of Dr. Braiteh since 2017. He is exceedingly exceptional, always knows what he is doing and is right in all his judgements. He cares about each and one of his patients through and through, listens to concerns, and more importantly, takes me seriously. I can't thank you enough for saving my life and even now as I write this as I am still here. I am thankful and appreciate Dr Braiteh from the bottom of my heart! Proud to say I have the BEST Medical Oncologist in town!

Dr Braiteh is hands down the best Medical Oncologist in all of Las Vegas. He is a very intelligent and not only has medical knowledge but is very pragmatic in his approach to treatment. If you are fortunate enough to be under his care, know you are getting the best care and have a great chance for a positive outcome!!
