Dr. Nemec, a compassionate and brilliant doctor with whom I feel confident in receiving the best care. I speak for myself and my whole family when I express how lucky we are to have a physician of his caliber in Las Vegas.

Dr Nemec has taken excellent care of me. He was well-schooled on a genetic mutation I have and knew how to provide very detailed care. He discovered a major issue during a routine colonoscopy and involved my other doctors immediately. Through him I was referred to the best colon surgeon and am happy to be here to type this. He is a phenomenal professional who cares very much for his patients.

I've never had an issue with Dr. Nemec or any of his staff. Wait times used to be much longer, but since Covid, they seem to have the timing figured out better with fewer patients waiting. I like his friendly, but direct, to-the-point personality!

I have had about 5 procedures with him. He is a larger man and I could see some people initially not liking him. He is excellent and has a very high level of knowledge in GI. I really like going in to see him. He is very approachable and has great communication skills. One time I just did not understand something. We had been talking for awhile and I worried I was spend too much time on it. He said "No, we will stay her until I can explain this to you. He is really great. Tells you exactly as it is.

Assistants are argumentative with patients.

Unbelievably, nasty, rude, arrogant, demeaning staff. I spoke to several people. They were terrible both on the phone and in person.

The worst staff. The office manager there 20 years and she has no clue how to hire people that are not idiots. This place is a joke.

Dr. Nemec has been my gastroenterologist since 1986 he is very courteous, knowledgeable, attentive to what you say, extremely caring about his patients, their concerns and how they are feeling. For those of you who have rated him so poorly you are self centered fools. DR. Nemec is the very best.

Staff is very unhelpful and uncaring On top of that I dislike when I'm asked for insurance and when you say something they want to hear then they get excited like they hit the jackpot but not so good insurance then a quick cold shoulder
