Please find yourself a doctor that listens. GI issues are hard to treat and so you need a doctor that listens. I had countless tests done, and guess what, it did not help to diagnose my problem because he was not listening to my symptoms. Is it arrogance? Why would someone go into medicine if they don't listen to their patients? Ego? This is a high-volume practice, Dr. Kwok is very, very quick in his speech and spends as little time in the room as possible. He relies on tests only.

It seemed odd to me that a Dr. treating stomach issues would not question my wife about her diet. It also seems questionable that an office appointment is needed to check if she is taking her medicine properly. My wife finally followed my advice and quit eating cucumbers and oranges all the time which cured her stomach problems.

Just calling in as a first time patient and couldn’t get an appointment with Dr. Kwok. Very rude front desk I don’t even want to go in for my visit with that kind of attitude.

I am very impressed by Dr. Gregory Kwok. It is very obvious that he truly cares about his patients and wants to give them the best care he can. I am grateful to have him as my doctor. All the staff that I personally have had contact with during my appointments are very friendly, caring, and helpful. I have never had to wait past my appointment time, in fact a few times I got in early.

Dr. Kwok did NOT believe me when I had a bowel blockage. He treated me for constipation. I could have died and took myself to the hospital in time for major surgery!! He is NOT professional.

Was talked into a colonoscopy that I didn't feel was necessary, as I was 74 years of age with no symptoms. Had the test on December 3 and was then diagnosed with C Diff, which I had never had previously. So guess where I got the bacteria from? After the lab test confirmed the diagnosis, I was prescribed Vancomycin four times a day, for ten days. I've never heard from the doctor or his office since, while I'm still having symptoms from the C Diff four month later. Oh and the only finding from the colonoscopy, was diverticulitis which I've know about for the last 15years or so anyway. I'm seeing a new gastroenterologist soon, and hopefully he's ethical and will help me regain what I've lost

Can't recommend this doctor.  I went to him hoping to get answers to my digestive issues.  I felt like I was talking to a wall.  He does not listen and did not seem interested in figuring out my extreme bloating issues once my colonoscopy and upper GI came back normal.  He said to watch my diet when I was already on a low fod map diet.  Went to another GI doctor and was tested for Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth and came back positive.

Long time patient. Will be moving on to new doctor. They took a co pay when he was in my network. Promised refund check since July. Pay $1400.00 per month for insurance. Next call will be to the NV department of insurance or the NV medical board.

Established patient fast for scheduled ultrasound. Go to appointment at Steinberg, Dr Kwok's office didn't sign order. Wait 2 hours while they are out to lunch. After talking to them I am still waiting 45 minutes later for them to fax the signed order. Hope they enjoyed their lunch while I can not even have a drink of water and Steinberg Diagnostics rearranged their schedule so I didn't waste my whole day. Still waiting....

He is an excellent doctor.  He is easy to talk with & seems to really care about his patients.  He is fast & accurate when doing procedures. I had both a colonoscopy & endoscopy today & was out of the building in less than an hour. His staff in the surgery center is excellent also. I have been going to him for over 17 years!
