I’ve been working for them for 5 years. They have treated me with the utmost respect. There are times when communication isn’t the best but, we all have days like that.No one person or company is perfect. They walk you through what you can’t figure out or don’t understand.Most caregiving companies want to run you around and not give you much. They have been very understanding of the different situations I truly needed in my personal life.Thank You For All You Do !!!!!!!!!

Was a good place at the beginning. They only care about themselves. If they had to come out from behind a desk and actually work they wouldnt know wht to do. Rude people and dont care about there staff. I wouldn't recommend working at this place or having them take care of my loved one. If you want any kind of communication dont go there because there is none and you will wait forever when you need something from them.

We've been dealing with the service Coordinator - Eve Williams. She has been SUCH a bright light ever since entering our lives last Friday to go over the care for my Grandmother - Beverly. Her followup and staying on top of things is out of this world and I truly feel like I'd be in " a little white padded room" if not for her reaching out and setting up everything for us. Her level of care not only for your elderly patients, but for their families is astounding. She has remained by our side every step of the way. I believe you should give credit where credit is due and what a pleasure it has been working with Eve. Thank you Homewatch!

I am giving this company one star because of management. Ms Knight’s unwillingness to work with me regarding my mother’s care has been difficult and unprofessional. Her condescending attitude has been unwarranted. I am dealing with a mother who has dementia. I live 1800 miles away. I would expect a company to work with the family member who has POA and pays them for their services. There have been issues with several caregivers unprofessionalism. Those were remedied because my mom reported it. I think there are better options out there with more caring, qualified and professional managers and staff.
