Dr.Bassewitz and his staff are excellent. He took his time to explain to me about my condition. He was very patient. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He thoroughly reviewed my MRI’s with my husband and me to where we understood everything, I never felt rushed during my visit. I felt he cared about my procedure and outcome of my recovery. I was more comfortable and at ease after my visit. Thank you!

Took time to explain my problem. Answered questions. Great patient interaction. Has done partial discectomy for me in the past with great results. Did not recommend surgery at this time. I put great trust in his recommendations and he does not perform surgeries when not warranted. Highly recommended

Won't see Medicare patients under 65! What kind of surgeon doesn't even accept a patient because of their age. I understand if I wasn't covered by insurance but this is absolutely absurd. Thanks for not wasting my time by coming in, I can see what type of surgeon you are sir.

Dr.Baseewitz Is truly a miracle doctor. Giving back patients' lives to normal. My husband is a living proof that the spine robotic surgery is really a life changer. I trust him, my friend trusted him for his neck surgery and I trust Dr. Bassewitz for my C-Spine surgery too.

I would like to use an NPR term from this week, "skimpification" where the service levels go down and price remains the same. Waited alone in a room for a full hour when I pay full price and get to see a PA for literally 7 minutes to tell me something I could have figured out on my own. Not what I expect from a doctor that I chose. Consumers have the power of choice and I hope this review helps everyone choose correctly.
