Office/clinic setting is nice and welcoming but front desk does not match that. They are rude and very heavy on the foul language even with patients in the waiting room. There was a incident at my last visit which I did do a survey for and I have not been treated the same by front desk now that I have to communicate with them and probably eventually go back in for a app. Doctor is hard to communicate with she does confuse things and doesn't go into detail very much just sends everything off but giving it a chance since she is trying harder than the last specialist I saw

Called to schedule an appointment after receiving a stat referral. I was told they did not have the referral in hand and attempted to provide the referral number and was cut off stating to call back in two days. Contacted the office again and they stated the referral was sent back, I was not notified, and that they have an internal policy not to accept anyone with a previous consult while in the hospital. Asked why they did not notify me and was told it was sent back. I asked the staffs name and she hung-up. I was and still am unclear on how unprofessional this was conveyed and handled.
