In 6 months, I've never been seen when my appointment was scheduled. She is a lovely and pleasant lady, but I think she has too many patients scheduled daily. Her scheduler is very rude and non-caring. Comprehensive Cancer Center wants you to arrive early for your appointment, and I don't know why. If they are going to run late, they need to serve refreshments and make the waiting area more comfortable.

I read all of these positive reviews and I honestly wish that my mother in law received the same care and concern. My mother in law was under Dr. Jacks care for a little under 5 years. Initially the attention and concern shown to her was very good and appreciate. But once her cancer began to spread and she was in and out of hospital, Dr. Jacks and her team forgot about her. Every time she was admitted to hospital the oncology department would take PET scan to monitor cancer growth. Results always came back that cancer continued to spread throughout her bones, liver and brain. But each time she would follow up with Dr. Jacks she was told not to worry, cancer was not growing. Half the time my MIL was seen by Dr. Jacks MA due to Dr. Jacks being on vacation. (She seems to take ALOT of time off) My MIL is now in hospice care with a short time to live. Even after calling Dr. Jacks office to inform them of her decline, not once has anyone called, no one! I wanted to share our experience because I feel a travesty has been done to my MIL under Dr. Jacks care.

Dr. Jacks is GREAT. She is very attentive, personable, takes time to listen, answer all questions without making you feel rushed. Her team is very knowledgeable and makes sure to respond in a timely manner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacks now for 3 years following a diagnosis of cancer.I have had excellent care , Dr. Jacks is very knowledge and easily answers all questions is honest even when it is not always what you want to hear. She has a reassuinng manner and puts you at ease from the very beginning.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr Jacks and her staff. The entire staff is wonderful…kind, friendly and professional. They treat you with a lot of compassion. Dr. Jacks is one of a kind physician….she’s very kind, sensitive, professional and always greets you with a smile. She’s never in a hurry to get you out; takes her time to allow you to ask questions. I always feel satisfied and happy when I leave her office.

I enjoy my appointments but, I don't like trying to find a parking place. I am handicapped and have a parking plaque however, people are double parking over the handicapped spots. They do not have a plaque so they sit inside and wait for their friend and the shuttle busses are doing the same thing. You need someone directing the cars and shuttles out of the way so people like me are able to get to our appointments on time. I don't enjoy trying to get to my appointment. Elaine Seaton

The office staff is great and very accommodating. I rarely wait long for my appts. This is not the typical dr office that you wait for hrs to see a dr. Dr Jacks is so compassionate and really cares about her patients. Her NP Shannon is awesome as well! If you have or had cancer - best place to go!
