Laseraway's Online Review Report Card

I just moved to Vegas from Texas and was looking for a new Botox/filler maintenance spot. I found LaserAway and set up a free virtual consultation. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions and suggested options for ALL of my concerns. I got set up with approx $4500 worth of services to cover all of my problem areas. When I arrived, I was immediately set up with numbing and told everything that was going to be done in the order suggested and explained every step. I got Xeomin for the first time instead of Botox, it does sting more than Botox, but results are really quick and so far, after 5 days, I’m loving the results. I also got Voluma in my cheeks to try & lift the jowl area and fill the cheek drop due to aging. The whole process was explained thoroughly every step. This procedure was pretty painless & I definitely asked for numbing because I’ve had it once before. Then I had voluma in my top lip and Xeomin for lip flip. I still have a touch up for voluma in my top lip & to see if I need anything else done for the remaining Voluma. Overall, my nurse Mary was fabulous and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Side note - their numbing cream is LEGIT! I’ve never had lip injections and not felt it at all! Didn’t even use the squeeze ball & they don’t have the vibration tool. I was offered thermage for additional tightening in jaw/jowl area. Great experience and great pricing.

It is a bit expensive, but they make it worth every penny. From the moment you walk in your greeted with 2 beautiful smiles from Gigi and Joy. They make sure you feel welcome and get you setup quick to get you on with your day. If you need some attention they will strike up a good conversation to help you forget how much you spent. These 2 ladies have always made the experience worth it. Not to mention the quality staff of the nurses. They are so welcoming and make sure your comfortable while getting your treatment. The nurses also make sure your treatment is going well by showing compassion with quality questions that make sure the treatment is going as planned. Thanks again to the whole staff.

I stopped in to get some info and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience and nice and clean space. Definitely recommend to all my family and friends

I had the best experience with LazerAway the nurses who did my procedure was very informative, professional and sweet! I felt very comfortable with them especially since it was my first time with Botox, they were very gentle and did a great job!

I haven't got to try any of their services due to the fact that their customer service representatives are extremely rude and unprofessional. I submitted an online inquiry about special promo they were running. In couple of hours I got a call from them that started with pricing list not an explanation of their services nor any questions about what I was interested or would like to get done. I would recommend to stay away and take your money somewhere else.

I've gone to LaserAway in Summerlin several times. Victoria, the manager, always helps me with everything I need and makes my appointments. I always call her directly instead of using the online feature because it's so much easier to get the exact appointment I want and she always finds me a great price. The establishment is very clean and everyone is so nice. I love going there. When I go, I get a full Brazilian lasering done. I've had it done other places and it was very painful, when I go here, there is no pain. It was so refreshing to have my lasering done without the pain. The nurses are very professional, and very personable. Ruby, Mary and Julie have all done my laser hair removal. They were all wonderful. I'm bringing my daughter there today because the first time. I would not bring her anywhere unless I loved the place and trusted it.

I just finished 10 sessions of laser hair removal on my neck and I couldn't be more happy. I had wanted to get it done for years because I always had ingrown hairs but I was just too nervous. The staff here is top notch. Talina at the front desk always greets me with a big smile and is so kind about having to work around my hectic schedule. Nicole Riley the tech has a calming presence that is super comforting and an attention to detail I truly appreciate. Thank you for being masters of you craft.
