Hello everyone I’d like to share my thoughts and opinions about laser away. I came in for laser tattoo removal treatment, and I was very hesitant at first because they were very expensive but they let me know that I could finance with a finance company Varidi for $1994. My payments were 111 a month. However, they forgot to go over my contract with me and their protocols and policies. I wanted my treatments done every six weeks. However, they stretch their treatment every eight weeks claiming it’s their protocol . I wanted my treatments done every six weeks. However, they stretch their treatments every eight weeks. I specifically told him that I wanted this tattoo gone within a year. However, my treatment stretched two years with their protocol, and I was not OK with this after finding out. I also wasn’t OK with making a payment every month but only receiving treatment every other month that didn’t make sense to me and that was not gone over with me. Another thing was a promotion they were giving out with free laser armpit hair removal. And 10 free units of Xeomin however, when I try to use the promotion, they told me that it wasn’t valid in the state of Nevada specifically because of an incident where a Dr. use the same needle onto patience and ever since then they cannot sell 10 units of Xeomin I let them know that that was false advertising and that they shouldn’t be giving a promotion that they already know can’t be used in this state and they tried to make up for it with the facial but still I didn’t want the facial I wanted the Xeomin and they weren’t honoring that promotion, so this company is known for being very dishonest, miss, leading and charging too much when you can get the same treatment at a dermatology office for half the price and done by a licensed doctor. I would skip this third-party and just go straight to the dermatologist to get all your laser tattoo removal treatments done because they will over charge you and stretch your treatments to keep you there longer and keep you paying more. I’ve already canceled my service. However now they’re trying to charge me $900 almost $1000 for one treatment that I received where I saw no results I’m just going to handle it, however don’t trust this company and end up like me let me set an example for anybody else out there thinking about financing with LaserAway don’t do it it’s a scam save your money and go to a real dermatology office specifically Thomas dermatology in Las Vegas because this place is ran by a whole bunch of little teenage girls who can’t work professionally.

The nurse on the phone told me I can come in the next day. The next day I come in and once I'm in the room and have numbing cream on my face they tell they won't be able to do the treatment because I have active acne. I ended up telling the nurse why didn't she tell me that when I send her the pictures through the phone. Why wait until I'm there to tell me this so I ended up telling her I would want a REFUND for my money back. So I call the next day for my REFUND back and the Lady on the phone just keeps telling me the manger will call me back for my refund. It's been a WEEK already and they still haven't have my money back which is 1,471 they keep playing games with me on the phone telling me I'm going get get my money back but WHEN???? Please don't waste ur time at this location they will keep ur MONEY!!

I went in for my first laser tattoo removal session and am definitely comfortable with my decision to go to LaserAway. Super friendly and professional staff, they explained every step of the process and were attentive and thorough in answering any additional questions that I had. They took the time to let me sit with numbing cream and thank goodness because ouch! But truly the laser part was so fast and I trusted I was in good hands so I’m feeling like the process will be totally worth it. Recommend!

It is a bit expensive, but they make it worth every penny. From the moment you walk in your greeted with 2 beautiful smiles from Gigi and Joy. They make sure you feel welcome and get you setup quick to get you on with your day. If you need some attention they will strike up a good conversation to help you forget how much you spent. These 2 ladies have always made the experience worth it. Not to mention the quality staff of the nurses. They are so welcoming and make sure your comfortable while getting your treatment. The nurses also make sure your treatment is going well by showing compassion with quality questions that make sure the treatment is going as planned. Thanks again to the whole staff.

I absolutely LOVEEEEE laser away! Everytime I go I get the absolute best care. I had one of my best sessions today with JC in Coral Gables! She is sooooo attentive and genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best for them! Only downfall is I wish Laser Away accepted gratuity cause I definitely wanted to tip! But that’s what makes them awesome, they just want their clients to look and feel their best and I feel the warmth every time I come in any location. [IG @coexoemonroe]

Incorrect service given they will bribe you to make a sale and will not work with you. I've completed a certain body part and cancelled another and they want to tell me that I only can do what's already complete. Such complete wrong sales, way too expensive for them not to even do the part that has not been done. They don't let you speak they just tell you everything is noted even if it's incorrect. Don't let them tell you they are about customers and will fix it. They will do absolutely nothing

I enjoyed my laser treatment at LaserAway on Charleston in Las Vegas. The facility is always spotless and professionally run. My Clinician, Shinobu Hayes, was great - knowledgeable, patient, and detailed!!! And the ladies in the front (Alexa C., Victoria J., and Sarina C.) were pleasant and friendly as always!! I can't wait for my next visit. I highly recommend them!!! Thanks!!!

The staff are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They always try to find me the best deals when scheduling my treatments, and they make the entire process super easy. They’re very flexible and patient when it comes to scheduling as well :) The nurses also do a great job at checking in with me throughout the procedure and trying to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. They also send out frequent text reminders for my appointments which is helpful lol.
