Dr. Ho is wonderful along with her entire staff. She takes the time to explain what’s going on in a professional manner and makes you feel at ease with what is to come. You never feel rushed. I travel from another state to see her and it’s worth every mile.

The pre- acceptance procedure for new patients is a nightmare! After lengthy delay; was finally able to meet Dr. Ho for first time. She was very cordial, knowledgeable; and listened to my concerns. Almost everyone that I have met at the office is friendly and caring. I did not let them know I am retired RN until after my first visit.-

It's great to have a doctor like Dr. Ho on your side when going thru something as serious as cancer. She's nice. She listens. and she actually reviews the information on you (blood work, scans, etc.) to make informed plans on your care. But more importantly is how she delivers that information.. not every doctor is good at giving you rough news..she is. Good luck if you just got the "Big C." diagnosis.. if you're looking for an oncologist, especially as a woman, get Dr. Ho.. she's the best.

Dr. Ho is always very pleasant and friendly. I truly believe she cares about her patients and wants to help them. She does a good job of following up on previous problems and making sure they don't reoccur.

It took over 4 weeks to get new patient appt.-had to leave voice message 2 x before talking to scheduler. My PCP had faxed referral and requested info twice- I sent 2 emails on facility website; voicing my displeasure with the response. I got call back and was given appt one week prior to my scheduled surgery. The male scheduler did not make a good impression on me; I am pleased with Dr. Ho and her staff-everyone is very kind and helpful. She nhas been most cordial and explains things very well.
