it is a massive clinic with both inhouse Xray and MRI. I was so happy with all the staff, everyone listened and was engaged with my needs and care. Dr Miao was especially kind and listened to what I was saying.

Dr. Miao is amazing and has great bedside manner. I never felt like he was talking over my head and he was very patient and understanding. I gave 4 stars because I had difficulties straightening out my insurance with the office. They said they didn't take my insurance but after a few phone calls we discovered they did. Took me 2 tries to see him.

I have been a patient of Dr Miao since 2014. He has treated both knees & my shoulder with great outcomes. He listens patiently & offers options for treatment as applicable. Based on my personal experience with him, I consider him to be an outstanding specialist.

I have to say when I went in and seen how crowded it was I thought I was going to be there All day...Lol But no sooner than I went in I was called the Nurses and Doctors are very nice and helpful as well they made me feel comfortable and in good hands...😇😁

I was able to get appointment the day after I called. Office very nice as well as the staff is very friendly. Not crowded and no wait time. Dr. Miao provided excellent care and treatment. I look forward to my follow up visit with him.

Went to get evaluated for pain and cramping of my left leg. Office procedure was excellent. I could register on line ahead of visit which saved lots of time. Staff were all professional and friendly. Actual process was well thought out. X-rays first, then PA then Dr. Miao. Both the PA and Dr. Miao gave me a thorough exam, explained what my problem was and discussed physical therapy as a solution. They made a followup appt. to assess my progress. Dr. Miao explained my X-rays and gave me his best advice. I strongly recommend Dr. Miao and the staff at the W Warm Springs office.

Wasnt impressed. He couldnt figure out what's wrong with ny knee. Wasted time and money for MRI's and X-rays and still he couldnt figurr it out. Im in chronic pain and honestly dont even want to sleep at night because of this pain.
