Excellent staff and service great Dr he made my 10 yr old daughter feel very comfortable highly recommend the wait is a little long but that usually happens alot with good Dr's even with appointment still waited to get in a hour but in back in the room maybe 20 minutes

Dr Thomas was very thorough and professional, explained things to me and helped me understand what I need to do. HOWEVER I waited in that office for TWO HOURS before I got called back.

Grateful that we could walk in and get a same-day appt to put a cast on my daughter’s leg. Dr. Thomas and the staff did a good job with her cast and they seem competent. However Dr. Thomas was not very warm or friendly.

Love that their is options on locations. Living in henderson the drive during traffic hours is bad. But henderson didnt have a Stat appt. So i chose to go to Washington location. Was late(accident and long check in line) but they still checked us in, then got processed and paperwork filled out. Waited about 20-30mins, roomed and seen Dr by the hr mark, love that radiology is onsite. Dr Thomas is straight to the point and knowledgable and communicates his plan of treatments well. The staff was welcoming and nice and conversed alot. Happy overall with the experience.
