The most professional obgyn office I’ve ever been to. My visit was With NP Mary. This woman was so compassionate and professional. I appreciate her more then she knows.

Had a great experience at this office. Staff are professional and courteous. I personally worked with Genesis R. and was very pleased with her willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. Dr Kasar was knowledgeable and answered all my questions appropriately. I highly recommend this practice.

This makes me so sad to have to write - but I'm NOT happy with the issues I've had to stress about for NO REASON with their billing department. I randomly get a $410 charge for what is an annual that should be fully covered by my insurance, but when I've called to have someone explain to me what the charge is for, they tell me they have no idea, their biller is done from their company, and I've now left a total of two written messages and 2 voicemails and no one is contacting me to let me know what this $410 charge is for. I have NEVER paid a penny for an annual exam before. They have my insurance information and I did call my insurance and they let me know the doctor has not billed them or put a claim in there for anything sooo that means the doctor's office never reached out to my insurance company to cover any of this, instead they just charged me incorrectly and now I have a lingering bill that I shouldn't be charged for. And I know this is a continuous issue with this office because someone I know just told me a year ago they were billed the SAME for an annual and shouldn't have been billed either. I enjoyed Ms. Mary Engelhardt, this review is nothing to do with her, she was INCREDIBLE and would 100% go back to her in the future!!! But these billing issues should not exist and/or someone needs to explain them to me but no one has.

I have been going to MyOBGYN for 3 years now and just had them as my provider for the pregnancy and delivery of our first son. I am so impressed with their team. They are very progressive and use a lot of different modalities in their practice which I love. From the MyPregnancy appointments which are based off Centering Appointments - I got to be paired with a group of women who were in my gestational period. We got to talk about where we were in our pregnancy and it helped normalize things that were not so normal anymore! Kelsey led this and she is just an amazing nurse! Very caring, kind and approachable. I had a birth preferences “plan” and all of the providers were very open to my preferences and would talk me through how they do things in their office which was very in line with my request to have a natural/unmedicated birth. I had some complications when it came to my delivery and Dr. Moody was my provider. My labor lasted a very long time and she made the decision to stay my provider throughout my whole delivery journey even though there was a doctor change happening. I have no words to express my gratitude to her and the care she provided. Additionally, I felt so incredibly well taken care of. Dr. Bacala, Mary and Dr. Mclemore throughout my pregnancy. They are all so wonderful. The team at this office is top notch. Wish I could give a million stars to this review. Highly recommend!!!

My wife was going to be late for her 9:45am appointment and called ahead to let them know. She said if being late doesn’t work she can reschedule. The receptionist told her “that’s ok 10:00am works fine come on in.” My wife gets there at 10:00am and the same receptionist tells her that she’s late and can’t be seen. There are many other reasons as to why this was a huge inconvenience and could’ve been handled more professionally. It’s just sad and pathetic that she lied to my wife like that.

Mary is AMAZING and her staff Is so sweet and funny! I always enjoy my visit!

Dr. Bacala is so sweet and genuinely caring. I wish i would have seen her for my first pregnancy! She listened to all of my concerns and addressed all of them with compassion. I feel like i'm in the best of hands with her and look forward to continuing care.

After having a bad experience with a midwife here in town whom missed the birth (Camilla Santiago) I decided to go the OB route. So far so good. Staff is friendly and efficient.

They delivered my daughter Esme and did a great job. They took me in as a late transfer patient. I was VBAC and I had a successful labor. I did the consultation with Dr. McLemore and at delivery I had Dr. Bacala and Dr. Prachi Kasar. Dr. Bacala was with me all evening and I had Dr. Kasar at the shift change. She delivered my daughter and every doctor I saw and encountered were great. Thank you again.

I would skip unless you like to deal with medical bills for months on end. The office keeps making mistakes on my bills and even sent out a bill recently under my name with the wrong insurance. Of course it wasn’t paid for because it was the *wrong* insurance. So, I had to give the right information over to the Lab that was billing me. The first time they sent an unpaid bill was because they sent the bill to the wrong address even though it clearly states the correct billing address on my insurance card. The doctor, Prachi Kasar, was great, however, their office needs to get it together because they cannot be making mistakes like this. Look at the recent reviews.
