It has been 3 weeks since I brought my 92 year old handicapped mother to POP Prosthetics only to have them call and inform me that her doctor forgot to fill out the stability level of her knee and that Medicare won't authorize the release of her knee brace that we have been waiting very patiently for. They could have informed us of this when we came for our appointment over 3 weeks ago. Their front office is very incompetent and unconcerned about the well being of its patients. They could have faxed or emailed the form to the doctor instead of us requesting us to pick up the form and bring it to her doctor to fill out. They are about as unprofessional as I've seen having worked in the sports medicine industry. Stay away from POP Prosthetics. They are as unprofessional as it gets.

I called upon coming here asking if we need an appointment the lady I spoke with said no we accept walk ins. I got there the receptionist lady was extremely rude and said they don’t expect walk ins for what I needed and said they were fully booked. Meanwhile the lobby/waiting area was empty. Train your employees better so someone else doesn’t waste a 30 minute drive there like I did. Or just simply don’t tell someone you can take walk ins.

What a fantastic gentleman mike is and my experience was very thorough and he explained everything gave me multiple suggestions and was able to articulate himself very well. Had an amazing experience. Would highly recommend coming here! Very quick and easy! Help me with the entire boot fit and explain to me the regimen that I need to be on.

Very courteous and professional staff, I had probably the best customer service experience in a very long time. I’ve work management in medical and retail environment have had good people work with me but this staff is wonderful. Thank you for the care, getting me in as a walk-in getting my insurance verified getting coverage for the expense of my boot without the wait. I definitely recommend this place if you need this type of service. Thank you!

What a fantastic experience! I was seen the same day I was referred & was fitted with a cam boot in no time at all. Mike, who fitted me, was knowledgeable, kind & very thorough, explaining everything to me. I had my 3 year old with me, who was upset she wasn’t getting fitted for a boot, so Mike got her one & it made her day! The girls in the front office were friendly & helpful, in dealing with my insurance. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of their services.
