fantastic shoes, very, very well-educated people, knowledge of shoes, and excellent customer assistance

Greeted by the front staff as soon as I signed in. I was a bit early but surprised My wait time was only a few minutes. Taken back by a young gentleman who was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed ordered by my dr. It took multiple attempts to get my brace to fit just right, but he was very patient and wanted to make sure it fit just right and I was not uncomfortable in it. He made sure to remind me to come back if I had any issues or problems. When fitting was over I went to checkout and she explained my bill and was absolutely one of the sweetest people I have ever met. The entire staff that I encountered were all very helpful, supportive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this business.

Unprofessional I was drawn to them by their catchy business name yet was turned away multiple times. Refused to honor my requests for the right brace instead pushing another device on me which took its toll on my foot as shown, this place puts money ahead of patients. In spite of their overzealous efforts to present themselves. Therefore I have sought elsewhere for my services

These guys are top notch! I have been to several prosthetic places in several states due to Charcot foot and reconstructive foot surgery in both feet and my hats off to the entire business from the office staff to the techs. they are all so nice and caring, special Thanks to Ryan and Santino. The office staff is beyond incompetent. They have no clue how to use their own computer system much less file an insurance claim. And good luck trying to get them to answer the phone during business hours. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

This office has done nothing but give us the run around. We had to come to an appointment, only to be told to make an appointment with our PCP. After getting a prescription, and having it sent over that day, they tell us almost a week later they still have not submitted the codes to the insurance. Then, when we call back a month later, they mysteriously do not have what is needed. We contact PCP to find out they had sent the information, they have documents with time stamps to confirm, and have not received another request for info from prosthetics. We bring the papers to the prosthetic place today to be told they received it on 5/7 and are only now submitting the codes to the ins almost a week later after, once again, needing to go behind them to ensure things are being done. I cannot stand this place and the people who insist on wasting our time and talking to us like we're uneducated. As if that excuse their lackadaisical behavior. They had us sit around for 10 minutes to confirm our paperwork, only to tell us they already had it almost a week ago. They ask who we spoke to, as if they hadn't previously confirmed they log our calls and know who we speak to when we call in.

I had an appointment at 9 am and they called me a week befor to change it to 1.15 pm. i sign in at 1 pm and all front desk ppl been so mean to me after 2 times when i asked them my appointment is passed 25 min they sent us in they don't care about patients time and at front dest they had training for a new staff use to be this office was good befor they move to new place but now i am not recommended to anyone

Excellent staff and team, you can tell they truly care. The facility was clean and organized and nicely decorated. We didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room at all, which I appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of prosthetic equipment!
