List of Red Rock Fertility Center's Reviews
Dr Littman is fat phobic. I went for a consult with her back in 2022. She "didn't even think I'd be able to get pregnant. Was so insensitive. Fast forward three years later, I have a two month old asleep in my arms because I went to Nevada Fertility Center. Dr Foulk is 100000 times better. This Dr also has a pending lawsuit because one of her daughter's friends died in her home a couple years ago.
Doctor only pushes IVF. no other options offered. Spent money for nothing. No real care, no personalized plan. Not worth it. Don't waste your time or money here.
My husband and I rainbow baby girl was born on Sunday June 29, 2025. Thank you Red Rock Fertility center (Dr. Eva Littman & Staff). Couldn't have done it without you. It has definitely been a journey with iui & Ivf treatments, but it has all been worth it. I recommend Red Rock Fertility for any person with infertility seeking to have a baby.
Dr. Littman is very professional. I'm satisfied with all the employees, who are extremely helpful and positive. I'm a happy mom with two children from Red Rock Fertility Center. Big thank you!
We started the IVF journey back in 2023 and knew it would be a long, emotional journey. We were referred to Red Rock Fertility Center and had no clue what to expect. The team at Red Rock was always informative, professional and understanding with everything they provided us. Throughout the process, we were well informed and felt that we were being provided the best care possible. Dr. Littman and her team were determined to help us and run all necessary tests, biopsies, and procedures to get us there. We successfully welcomed our baby girl in December 2024 all thanks to Dr. Eva Littman and her team over at Red Rock. If you are in need of IVF care, i'd definitely recommend the team here. It may not be the journey you envisioned, or the timeline you had planned but they do everything possible to make sure your dreams come true and i'll forever be grateful to the team for giving us our baby girl.
Dr. Littman and her staff provided beyond exceptional customized care management during my journey. Communication and attention to details are important to me. Having access to her staff via phone and email, guided by a medication/labs/imaging calendar made this process smooth and organized. I chose Dr. Littman because I felt I needed "boutique" care when it comes to fertility - as I am very picky. During this process I felt attended to and followed up on consistently by her staff - a form of concierge-like service that gave me peace of mind and comfort with her care. Dr. Littman is very special and has a gift of life - I am very thankful to her and her amazing team!
They charge $250 for a virtual consultation on the phone, and insurance won't pay for it. They also have a fake website set up to track people, so when you visit their website and call the phone number, they put tracking code on your computer and trace your phone and computer location so they can follow your all over the internet and find out where you live and your shopping habits and everything you do online. But they said they put the fake website up so they can find out how people are finding them online. That makes no sense because they don't have to put tracking code on somebody's computer to find out how somebody found their website. I think this fertility company is shady just like the other ones. I don't even think it's legal to track people online and trace their phone and computer location. I called the other number on the fake website and it said my phone is spam. Either doctor Littmen is paranoid, so she's tracking people, or she's using unethical computer marketing techniques. Lawyers usually set up those fake websites and hire marketing companies to find them business, but I never heard of a doctor finding business that way. Putting up fake websites to trace the customer location is a bad idea. I can't trust a doctor that does that. The receptionist said they put up the fake website to find out how their clients are finding them online. But that makes no sense because they don't need to put tracking code on somebody's computer to find out how a person found their website.
Even though I've read great things about Dr. Eva Littman and was overly excited to work with her and her team; sadly I will not. It's already a very stressful procedure, made more so by being in the military. Sadly, I didn't have a good first experience. I am courteous in every way, with the exception of disregard. I worked hard with my fiancé to get our schedules in line, and we had a consultation more than a week before my next cycle began. We agreed that I would begin my process as soon as the current cycle began. More tragically, when I called to let them know that my cycle was about to start, the new patient coordinator informed me that I would have to wait until my next cycle because the entire staff would be away at a conference. I already live far away from my partner, so starting our procedure this cycle will only cause additional tension. The politeness would have arrived at the initial meeting or appointment, giving me the chance to decide whether or not to proceed. The decency would have been to provide me the choice to proceed at the first meeting and appointment, but alas, I have to go hope that someone else in town takes our insurance with less hassle. I know I will have to wait because I'm going to miss this cycle. But I fear this is just one of many disappointing moments to come. Where were the preparation and forethought? They had a conference, and someone knew more than a week in advance. One thing you plan ahead for is a conference. It truly is disheartening. When I asked whether I could get certain tests done somewhere else, I was told that I couldn't, even if my insurance would have paid for them. so disheartening. Disappointed and anxious at first glance.
Dr. Littman is results driven and as someone who has gone through the past decade of miscarriages and approaching my 40s, she took my concerns seriously and approached as many angles as possible to find a solution. Red Rock Fertility isn't the best at answering their phones and they need to update their can-can hold music. They usually call me back within 24-48 hours. The waiting room needs more chairs and the heavy front door is always broken. Sometimes the wait was pretty long for appointments (30-45 mins). The office had some flooding when we first came in and it's kinda weird you have to go to the second floor to check in. Minor cons to the pros of what a great doctor Dr. Littman is and the success she brings her patients. The lab girls and nurse anesthetist were all great too. I liked having the surgery center in the same parking lot. I liked my team of ultrasound techs and coordinators. I thought the prices were fair and I paid out of pocket since my insurance didn't cover IVF. I wish I could have picked my own fertility pharmacy, but Freedom Fertility at least had everything I needed. I'm glad I chose this clinic and had an overall good experience with the staff, care and service I received. Thank you Red Rock Fertility for helping us create our family!
Amazing staff that is helpful and compassionate. Amazing Doctor. Cannot say enough good about these tremendous people.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
