Dr Winder was very professional, he was educational on treatment plan and his assistant demonstrated service excellence with steroid injection. I Thank them both and highly recommend especially for shoulder injuries

Very disappointed. I wish I could have given them more stars because SOME of the staff were nice. I had to see them several times before posting this review. They are incredibly disorganized. They make you wait 90 minutes. So, if your appointment is at 10, you will probably see the doctor at 11:30. 10, 20, even 30 minutes are to be expected, but 90 minutes is an atrocious amount of time. And this is because they overbook patients. It has happened every single time I went there. It's not an isolated case. They wasted my time with useless stuff when I was the one identifying what the problem was. Dr Winder came to the appointment 90 minutes later and diagnosed me incorrectly because he was looking at another area. I was the one who had to tell him to look at a different area because he was confused. Worst experiences ever. I will never go there anymore.
