Excellent job done by the staff, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.

I have little faith in the primary care doctors with southwest medical and have been through three years of hell with the network of primaries here. By mistake, I stumbled on to Dr Weintz at the South Eastern Urgent care. He's been beyond amazing and the only doctor who has taken any time to both listen to me and cared to do all he could to help me.  He's been a huge advocate in advising me of what to try to help what's happening with me as I go through the motions of diagnosis to something uncommon happening to me and the only doctor, aside from my out of network specialists, who has treated me with respect and recognized there's something beyond the norm that doesn't fit into a conventional box going on with me. He truly cares and I adore him.I wish that SW Medical would take a page from his book and apply it to the primary care and specialists system within their practice that is a huge failure. Even more, I wish Dr Weintz would make the decision to move into primary care. He would make a wonderful example of what primary care doctors SHOULD be. Thank you for caring and helping me. I know you know who is writing this review. I really want you to know that I genuinely adore you and appreciate all you've done to help me.

This place has the best Doctor Amanda Dickerson she takes care of my whole family she is a spectacular APRN she Takes her time answering all of your questions and cares for your health and it feels so good to be able to talk to her knowing she really cares for you!!! I'm so glad that she there and the whole staff there are very friendly and keep up with safety and cleanliness to protect us!!!

Taken back at appointment time.  Out in 20 minutes. Staff and doctors were informative.

The only complaint that I have with this company is that they move physicians. over the last 10 years, I've had 5 different physicians. Very hard to establish a relationship with the doctor you trust and then have that doctor eliminated.

I recently moved to Vegas and was assigned to Dr Kaur as my PCP through my insurance. When my annual wellness exam came due, I went to see her. She was not rude but definitely not terribly friendly. For a first time patient with no established history, she asked very few questions and the information I offered, she didn't ask for more in depth information. I had 2 lab results that were outside the normal range & other than saying I needed to repeat them in 3 months, she didn't have anything else to say about them. I had to ask her where I needed to go to have my annual gyn exam done as she didn't address this at all. Other than resulting in a renewed prescription, I felt like I wasted my time seeing her. As for all the other staff, they were all friendly & attentive, particularly the lady at the front check in desk.

I recently had to call to find out when the nurse was going to put in for lab work. I first spoke to Nida who was not helpful, rude and should not work there. I called back and spoke to Latisha who was courteous and extremely helpful.  She did her best to try and rectify the problem I was having.

The service at the place itself is okay.., but the people on customer service/on the phone line to make appointments are rude people...
