No human kindness here,just lazy dr and staff
The worst place you could ever go to get medical help. They are horrible. I had an allergic reaction to the Pfizer vaccine. When I told them, they said the doctor will not see a patient for a vaccine reaction. I guess they pick and choose who they want to see and if you are not in their category, you are on your own. That is what happened with me. When I get Medicare, I will never go back there. They treat you like a dog! Especially Dr. Joobin Park. She will never help you. You are on your own. And she is so unprofessional. Don't risk your life going there. It is a huge risk.
You will almost never see an actual MD and if you do and if you're able to get an appointment with one it will be scheduled for months out. The half drs (Nurse practitioners and Physician Assistants) are so rude it's unbelievable. The majority of them act like robots and show zero compassion or interest in your issue. ALL of the medical staff forget to follow through with getting your referrals in and you have to call and wait on hold for hours to get through to anyone to remind them of the referral. Also, they show ZERO interest in actually managing your overall health-just see you, maybe prescribe meds and that's it-no follow up, no trying to use their brains to figure out the root cause for anything. THe absolute worst on every level. I believe they help the horrible reputation Las Vegas area has for having the WORST healthcare system in the U.S.The only good thing is that you can read your own results on the patient portal-because they will NEVER and have NEVER called me once on 8 years to give my results or discuss a treatment plan. They are the reason people have to use Urgent Care and Emergency Rooms to manage their own health care. Don't bother making informing management because they also do nothing to remedy any situation. Just money suckers of the system.
La razon por la que estoy dando tan mala calificación es por que: por primera vez me he sentido discriminada por una profesional si es que se puede llamar así, la Doctora Diana Lombardo APRN. Cuando le pedi que alguien me tradujera su rostro cambió drásticamente su actitud como profesional fue la peor , torpe, insencible, grosera, nunca más quiero que me atienda, hasta más cuando la enfermera que me iba a traducir le dije; ella se puso molesta por no hablar inglés, puedo sugerirle que tome clases con ln a Dra, Amanda Dickerson que es toda una profesional y 100% actitud positiva, y vuelvo a poner su nombre Dra Diana Lombardo, es racista, grosera e inhumana, no tiene nada profesional, que aprenda tambien de sus enfermeras que son todas un amor. Para terminar y especificar, me sucedio en emergencia. Con lo demás siempre calificado 5 estrellas.
I wish I could give less than zero stars.They are the most unprofessional and rude practice around.I tried to make an appointment with my doctor when my blood wood showed an acute case of pancreatitis. They refused to make me an appoitment with my own provider less than three months and instead sent my insurence company a Divorce of Care letter flat out lying that I ma verbaly abusive and a danger to staff. Not only a flat out lie but libeal since they put it in writting.I have called and am being spoken to as snotty as possible ny their PT Expirence who are refusing to tell me whom I can discuss their mistakle with to get it reversed.They are the poorest excuse for a medical practice as I can think of.If someone from the corperate off actully has the guts to contact me and fix this i'll wait but i wont hold my breath.
This place sucks So I came in June and I just switched insurance so I didn't have the hard copy I called the insurance while back still didn't get it the lady on the suite to the left didn't even care to look for my insurance she claim it wasn't even there so she sent me down stairs so I went the lady at the front desk said yes we do we have a copy then I went back up stairs she back tracked her steps and said we do but just a copy of it so I'm like okay she said I'm supposed to bring a hard copy I said either way if I pay now (only taking cash which I didn't have) or the insurance pays for a cancellation fee you will find a way to charge it I went karen mode and asked for a manger and he was zero help I literally need to fill a prescription I was so upset I started cussing but I figure it's not worth it they aren't going to take me either way i feel like it's none of there fault but I'm literally never coming back they don't want to help anyone
This place has the best Doctor Amanda Dickerson she takes care of my whole family she is a spectacular APRN she Takes her time answering all of your questions and cares for your health and it feels so good to be able to talk to her knowing she really cares for you!!! I'm so glad that she there and the whole staff there are very friendly and keep up with safety and cleanliness to protect us!!!
They are so mean to patients at Southwest Medical. I hate this place and would not recommend it to anyone. When you are sick, you do not need to be kicked while you are down. Also, the NOW Clinic with Southwest Medical is useless. I was on hold for over an hour and I was in the middle of a video chat and they cut off and never came back on. I have given up on Southwest Medical and I am looking for a new provider. What a horrible experience! And I just got a letter from them saying how great the care is. They could not be more arrogant.
If only there were no stars, that's what I'd give them. Not necessarily for the medical care their providers give, but the lack of service. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business! My primary care doctor sent a referral for medical testing to SWM radiology and not the requested imaging service that specializes in the test I need and that SWM doesn't provide. I've spent hours on hold over repeated calls, only to have them send the wrong information to the provider and not the referral I need. Ive hadti.cancel.2 appointments ecaisuse they won't get my referralI sent. I get continually disconnected with no return call back, even though their system confirms my call back number. I called my insurance company to ask them to intervene and even they can't get through to an agent. This isn't just a one-off from today, but all the time anymore. If you need to make an appointment or get any assistance look elsewhere unless you have the time to make getting through to someone at SWM your new part-time job!
This place is absolutely horrible the customer services you get is horrible just trying to make a simple appointment is a hassle. My husband had a stroke 4 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a call from the referral to Make an appointment
