I find Dr El-Eid to be very caring & helpful, she provides good information and is reassuring. I am grateful that she is my physician. She is an excellent doctor.

Dr El-Eid is extremey knowlegeable and thorogh. She explains things in layman's terms. Other then the fact that you have to sit in waiting room, at least an hour after your scheduled appointment, I havve no complaints. If punctuality was a one time issue that would be fine but is an ongoing issue.

I have been a patient of Dr. El-Eid for more than 6 years. She knows Everything about breast cancer. Listen to Her! She may blunt but this is the time in your life you need to listen. She saved my life and she will save others!! She deserves more than 5 stars!

I had an irregular mammogram in April 2022 and had a biopsy afterwards. All information was sent to Dr. El Eid and I was seen within 2 weeks. Dr. El Eid reviewed all information and suggested to have additional tests run. These were completed and decision made for surgery. Everything was scheduled and completed. Surgery came and went and now in recovery. A follow up treatment plan create and now in effect. Dr. El Eid was very professional, caring and very educational in my situation. All aspects of the treatment reviewed with me and in full agreement. I am on my way to recovery with continued checks that are to be reviewed to ensure nothing returns.

Dr. El Eid is very nice , compassionate and knowledgeable. She explains everything in detail about the procedure . During routine visits she makes you feel at ease. She an A+ oncology breast surgeon!

Dr El-Eid is very knowledgeable and I appreciate how candid she is regarding our conversations. She gave me several tests and exams to complete before our next appointment 6 weeks later and sincerely thanked me for completing all of them. I am so thankful that she is my doctor during a very difficult time and believe that I am in the best hands possible.

I had a recurring lump in my breast that would make me very sick with a fever, flu-like symptoms and severe pain every time it appeared. My regular doctors couldn't find a reason for it and said I needed to see a breast specialist. It took me several more doctor appointments and many labs to finally get insurance approval for the referral and appointment with Dr. El-Eid. I was assured she was the best in town. When I finally had my appointment with her, she performed a brief ultrasound, spoke with me for less than 5 minutes and told me that it was a hormonal issue and there was no need for a mammogram. She wouldn't request the BRCS test from my insurance or order any further labs, as she saw no need. I explained that the symptoms were only present when the lump became visible, and it didn't follow my cycle, but she quickly sent me on my way after telling me she couldn't do anything because the lump wasn't active and it was probably just fibroids. She also told me that I didn't look sick and I was too young for a mammogram at 37 years of age. It wasn't fibroids. Now, almost a year later, I'm recovering from surgery to remove an abcessed cyst and a damaged duct from my breast. During this last year I have been sick and unable to work or function normally for days and often weeks at a time, while also undergoing screening for thyroid cancer. I finished my EMT certification almost 2 months ago, and I still haven't been able to start work because I'm not healed yet and the infection is incredibly stubborn because it went untreated for such a long time. I understand that even good doctors are human and make mistakes, but this kind of mistake could very easily cost somebody their life.

Nightmare experience. Very non-compassionate, unengaged, no attempt to clarify rx suggestions-- demeaning, authoritarian --rushed appt, barely 5 minutes. Was so disappointed.

As always, I feel comfortable talking to Dr El-Eid. Her knowledge of the questions I have and making sure all of my needs are addressed are fantastic.

Dr, El-Eid is very knowledgeable and caring. Thanks to her my cancer was detected early and the surgery was successful. The only issue I have is the wait time for my appointments. However, that is a minor inconvenience, and would not cause me to look for another doctor
