Dr El-Eid operated on me 7years ago I still see her once a year I would recommend her to anyone who wanted honest answers to your questions. Her staff has always treated me well.

Dr El-Eid is truly a caring and thorough doctor. My routine mammogram came back with a finding because I have dense breast. She wanted to makecsure everything was okay so she did an ultrasound and found a lump, then did a biopsy. Turns out it was a papillomas with a radial scar, which can contain cancer cells. She scheduled my surgery quickly and removed everything! Through the process she answered all my questions and truthful and hones with me. She's a wonderful doctor and I'm grateful for her!!

Dr. El-Eid sounds like an amazing physician however, the office staff is the worst. I’ve been attempting to schedule a new patient appointment for several weeks and given only poor excuses and inadequate information when I call (daily). My doctor sent a STAT order to be seen as soon as possible as breast cancer is suspected yet the office staff will either not return my calls or gives contradictory excuses. This is a very poor patient experience. I expected more from a team of healthcare professionals.

She's horrible doesn't listen to a word you are saying. Talks over you when you are trying to explain or answer her question. She focuses on the past not what is ailing you now.

Dr. El-Eid and her staff are wonderful. They are caring and kind. My surgery went smooth and recovery was easy never had any pain. Of course my surgery was a lumpectomy so not major.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, I was referred to Dr El-Eid for follow-up. She is thorough in her exams - even uses ultrasound when necessary and she listen to her patients. She scheduled a lumpectomy. After the surgery I had radiation and continue with my follow-up with Dr El-Eid. I highly recommend anyone with breast issues to see Dr El-Eid.
