Amazing service and dr Alex Norton is best doctor in town he is amazing he delivered my precious gem and made us feel very comfortable and staff is amazing too very polite and nice 😊 thank you 🙏🏼

I received Exceptional care from Dr. Norton and his staff from prenatal to postnatal care. Throughout the almost year of being his patient Dr. Norton and his staff are consistently on time, knowledgeable and caring. I never feel rushed or have any unanswered questions. They have created a safe and gentle environment that immediately set me at ease from the beginning.

I love Dr. Norton. He is the best doctor I have ever had. Not just as an obgyn but literally the BEST doctor i have ever had. He is so kind and humble and CARES about what he does. He delivered both my kids and has never let us down. He saved my life and theirs. Anytime i need help, he is always there. The wait is just like any other doctors office. I recommend his office to literally everyone I know.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and took their time answering all of my questions

Didn’t even manage to get to my appointment without incompetence on their part. The individual who took down my address noted it incorrectly, and I attempted to change it myself in the portal. I was being bombarded with messages asking to sign in and verify an INCORRECT address, and when I attempted to call to fix the issue (on MONDAY during business hours), nobody answered. I left a message and it was never returned. The portal notified me that a member of their team needed to “review” my address change (despite the fact that they were the ones who incorrectly typed it over the phone), and it STILL has not gone through. I put in a cancelation request, and I was STILL getting emails about my appointment AFTER I requested to cancel. I also find it strange that I can receive MULTIPLE automated emails asking to check in, but not a single tangible piece of communication about confirmation for my cancellation was ever sent. Will never consider this clinic again.

I have been coming here for years they are always amazing, Adrian Morris Aprn explains everything and always answer questions she is so sweet & helpful definitely recommend to anyone I can.

I would never give DR.NORTON a 2 star I’ve been coming to him since I was a teen he birth damn near all my children mind you I have 6 my children come to him my mother came to him he is an amazing DR. Idk what’s going being that he is not in office as often but things have been spiraling every appointment I have the waits are an hour to 2 hours long that is mind blowing and insane if they are going to lunch they shouldn’t book during their breaks that was absolutely insane. Now I have to find another DR because my Dr is hardly available and they are clearly doing whatever they want when he isn’t in office , when he’s there everything runs smoothly it’s beyond me love DR NORTON but we need people working here that actually like their job and care for the patients … not only was I upset but there was another lady waiting with me who had came in the same time . Definitely making DR NORTON look bad . Smh

I had a 10 am appointment. As I pulled into the parking lot 10 minutes early, I received a message that my appointment was cancelled. I went in to speak with them anyway. I informed them that I was only just informed of the cancellation and that I drove all the way there. They "squeezed" me in. The reception area was full and I needed to sit on a bench. I checked with the receptionist and she said she had no idea how long the wait would be. I asked if this was a common practice, to which she responded that it was commonly overbooked. How very disrespectful to treat our time in this manner. I would rather have booked 1+ months than to be waiting there.

Adria Morris was so polite and helpful! I'd definitely recommend her, especially if you're new to the area and worried about finding a gentle and understanding OBGYN. She made me feel safe, heard and cared for. She offered me juice when I felt like I was going to faint from nervousness and just genuinely is there for her patients. I'll for sure be coming back for future appointments because of Adria, she's truly amazing.
