I recently had my first surgical procedure at Spring Valley. I was very nervous and anxious since I never had to undergo major surgery before but everyone from pre admissions, pre op, post op recovery, floor nurses, CNA's, dietary, housekeeping were all very pleasant, informative and attentive. I highly recommend this hospital.

The medical staff, nurses and the entire team at SVH are awesome, funny, professional, caring and efficient! Had a great ride after my procedure from the recovery room right up car door of my waiting ride home... because it's a long, long walk from the main entrance back to outpatient check on/out.

My experience with Spring Valley Hospital has always been very pleasant. The ER time is very quick. The staff is super nice. They are always right on time with medication. Very good with pain management. I've been going to this hospital for years and would never dream of going anywhere else. My last visit was pleasant and I would like to thank my wonderful nurses and doctors on the 2nd floor!!!!

Being in an ER alone is scary, but necessary during a pandemic. The staff in both the night shift and day shift made me feel safe and taken care of, even being there alone. The PA made me feel heard, understood and ultimately safe. All of the nursing and radiology staff also kept me informed about what they were doing to me. I left feeling a lot better about what was going on knowing there wasn’t anything critical happening to me. Even though they were busy both shifts, I still completely confident in saying this was a positive trip to the ER. I am thankful for all of them.

Went to emerengy for I sprained my hand got xray .bad sprain, had vitals ckd. All personal were very helpful concerned, all rules of social distancing and all were followed very good hospital, treatment and very pleased .

The ER was busy but the Dr even came out to the waiting area to take a quick look at my leg and acess what should be done. Very caring..friendly nurses ..techs and Dr's!

Nurse Maria the Asian nurse she’s the most sweet, caring, and passionate nurse you’ll ever met this lady do her job to make sure patients are ok my experience with this woman is unforgettable if I’m to ever be back she’s the one I would want to treat me this hospital did good when they hire her
