Very good place very clean all employees are very friendly I had surgery on my left hand Dr. Gorge Gluck was my doctor from HCON plus Spring Valley hospital team did the procedure successfully for me very thanks to Dr.Gluck and the Spring Valley hospital I will recommended this place to everyone.

Best hospital in town. The doctors are great, the nurses are great and the whole staff from top to bottom are amazing. They listen, they care and it shows. If you have to go to the hospital for whatever reason, go to Spring Valley.

While for the most part it was a typical out patient surgery, but the post op nurse (Carla) was the best care service I have had in a hospital especially post pandemic. Carla, thank you !

Disrespectful intake personnel to the point of being almost combative. People do not go there for the fun of it. Fell and smacked my head on counter because of excruciating pain with leg tendon cramping up. I guess I was wasting his time according to him in not keeping the reason for fall to myself. Felt like if I was having a heart attack and fell and hit my head I should only be discussing the fall. Plastic blood pressure cuff did not work and kept going to 200/90 and I was told to just keep still when on while it kept trying to measure over and over. Have you experienced the pressure one of these cuffs can produce on an arm ? At one point it flatlined me and alarm went off. I would have thought someone would have come in when this happened but the cuff just tried to take another reading. Upon leaving I inquired to same person that took my info upon arrival about how I can get the results online and he stated there would be an email. The next morning going through he paperwork he handed me the labs were attached. But, he could not just tell me that. Just go to the hospital and do not bother with this place for your help at your most vulnuable times.

From the time that I checked in for an Outpatient surgery to checking out, it was a veryPositive experience. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the nursing staff in the recovery room were smart, strong and funny.I was kind of dreading the experience, didn’t have to.
