Sunil Kalla's Online Review Report Card

Visited three times and decided to switch. Did not seem engaged and called in after long wait to notify of a problem and never heard back. Seemed arrogant.

It took a month to get an appointment. Several times during this past month, Hubby thought he'd die before getting in, as he felt his heart slow almost to a stop. When he scheduled the appt, he provided all of his contact info. He had seen Kalla once 10 yrs ago for OK to have shoulder surgery. When his appt finally rolled around, he showed up only to be told his appt had been cancelled! Said they left a msg for him at 702.###.#### which hadn't been our ph# since 2015! When he got home, he dialed that # and it was disconnected, so clearly they had not in fact left a msg. They also had his work# on file even tho he retired in 2015. So, when he made the appt, whoever made the appt didn't bother updating his contact info. I am not a litigious person but I promise that, if he dies before seeing a heart doctor, I will immediately reach out to attorneys to sue.

He is very friendly and helpful. He has great medical knowledge and was recommended by a cardiologist in California. I trust him completely.

I have been going to Dr. Kalla for almost 17 years...He keeps me healthy! I am 70 years old, and would never consider seeing anyone else! The only challenge I have is that its impossible to speak to the office via phone! Making appointments or getting questions answered is a very very long waiting time....but no matter how long...its the worth the time, because he is the ONLY one I will go to!

Excellent doctor who listens and is realistic about patient expectations. He has a wonderful sense of humor and his diagnostic skills are on point. I feel very comfortable in his and his staff's care.

Excellent on leg veins. Very knowledgeable, but difficult to get appointment.

That one womans review wasn’t fair to the establishment. Can’t blame one company for another company not providing the results on time. Also, you are a fool if you think doctors should take your word when YOU ARE THE ONE SEEKING PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ATTENTION. Of course they need you to get the redundant tests done, this is a no brainer; inconvenient, sure. But s no brainer to say the least. I haven’t even gone to this place yet (I will today). But I figure I’ll just be fair right of the bat and rebuttal that lady’s negative review which in all reality is just her mental break down and her not respecting a medical professional. Thank you all for what you do. I have a long line of family members who have seen Kalla and have said nothing but amazing things of him. My expectations when I go in, order for blood test and imaging. That’s it.. wouldn’t expect anything else or more on a first visit, nor would I throw a fit if asked to do these things. That lady was simply unreasonable. Probably voted Hillary!

I do referrals out of a PCP office and send to Dr. Kalla pretty often. I trust Dr. Kalla so much I sent my mom to him when we found out she was having heart complications.

I put my life in this man’s most capable hands. I recently shared new symptoms and he listened carefully, asked questions, and ordered a test. His diagnostic skills were spot on. At my follow up appointment he listened to my concerns regarding medication and we worked together to find a treatment plan that works best for me. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the level of care he provides and how much I respect his knowledge and experience. I completely trust him.
