I want to thank Dr. Patel and everyone that helped to make my stay here comfortable. Everyone was very professional and attentive to my needs. Special shout out to Krystal, Ashley, Lydia, Al June, Brenda, Jeremy, Sandi, and Brenda 5th flr. Thank you all.♥️
Being in the cardiac ICU, the staff was excellent and made sure everything was going good
People/staff were great. All friendly and courteous to all around. But logistically it needs help. Took 3 pages to get an X-ray, longer for an ekg. Was scheduled for surgery( I was there at 7:15) doctor arrived at 9:30, which was his time, but I didn’t get into the OR until 11:00.
When I registered at the front desk for labs, then surgery, I felt like I was checking into a hotel by the way I was treated. 98% of the staff was very professional, kind, thoughtful and helpful. All my needs, requests were met. The meals were balanced, warm and tasty. I was transferred to two different units of the hospital from my progressing after surgery. The last unit I was transferred to, I was given a private room, with a floor to ceiling picture window. It had a magnificent view of Sunrise Mountain. Having the blinds pulled to be fully opened made me feel so cheerful from witnessing sunrises, sunsets and all those sunny days in between through it. The room I had was very beautiful, nearly new. If I could rent it privately (not be in need of medical care), I would. I've been going to another nearby hospital for over 20 years. Sunrise Hospital, in comparison...there isn't any as I found this to be truly an outstanding hospital! Yes, of course, I give it a five star review! I deeply thank my surgeon, doctors, all the staff for treating me like I genuinely mattered.
Staff were friendly at check-in and during my daughter's surgery process. I felt welcomed at the hospital. It was a great experience for me, especially dealing with my daughter who has ASD.
Nobody called me even though I am my dad’s POA. I live in Michigan and couldn’t get out due to storm coming and Holiday. I called several times to see what happened. They kept hanging up on me by the time I was transferred to the ER room. I think her name was Devin? She was my dad’s nurse and when she finally got annoyed from my persistent frantic call, asking, “I just wanted to know if he is alive or dead?!” To which she responded, “I DON’T KNOW, YOU’LL HAVE TO CALL BACK LATER” and she hung up. Enough said. I was helpless, alone and broken-hearted.
Was sent by PCP who was completely incorrect w/ my d/x but the staff was completely thorough & polite regarding my unnecessary visit thank you
Went to this hospital and saw racism at its best 4 white nurses and doctor yelling and verbal attacking a patient it got so bad that I left the hospital without getting the care I need because the nurse and doctors on duty 12/25/22 @1:52am was being terrible to this lady I don’t know if it was her race or what but they had no empathy for her they were rude and argumentative not understanding the patient need at the time and was gossiping about the patient out side the patients room it was loud enough to we’re I could hear what was going on but that’s not what made me so sick that I left what made me leave is when after the lady left they said they was calling children service on her because the lady Cursed them out and was Rude she never hit anyone she didn’t do anything I would consider child endangerment. I was so upset with what was going on that I came out my room to ask them please don’t call children service on that patient it’s Christmas and let’s have a heart charge nurse Terry screamed at me to Mind my own business and then the other doctor screamed at me we don’t deserve that I said I agree you don’t but the women was physically assaulted earlier let’s have compassion she’s upset she hurt let’s be empathetic to our patients and what she’s going through Terry scream at me again to mind my business and they not talk to me about there patients it made me so upset to see them play with the child family service system that already tear families apart like slavey did see them calling children service made me upset that I left the hospital without getting helped they was so worried about teach this patient a lesson that they forgot about there other patients and left our medical needs untreated just to get revenge on this patient.
Had got two stitches in my foot I had a pretty bad cut I was treated in a timely manner.I feel like vip treatment everytime i go there.great doctors Omar

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
