I had shoulder surgery at this location thus morning, 8-14-2020. Hands down the absolute BEST care I have ever received pre and post op. My nurses pre-op Allison and Janie. Operating room John and Sean. Post-op Chris and Julia. I can't express my gratitude and appreciation enough for these AMAZING nurses!! pre-op they went above and beyond with making sure I felt comfortable, knew what was going on, answering questions, helping me when I needed it. Jon and Sean made me feel comfortable and kept the mood light, I was under anesthesia so I don't know what all they did in the OR but the care before I went under was great! Post-op I can't say enough about these ladies, they were by my side the whole time. Answered any questions I had, showed me how to remove my sling so I can change clothes, helped me dress, kept talking to me so they could see if there were any changes in speech, behavior, etc (my guess is to see if I had any adverse reactions to the anesthesia). My entire care team was ON IT!! You all rock and thank you so much for the incredible care, I won't forget it!

The surgeon, that happens to own this center was in my NETWORK, however, the surgery center is NOT IN MY NETWORK. Oh, now after a $5,000 deductible & $2,000 co-insurance and the $2200 they took from me before the surgery...they want another $13,000. This is not right. In the process of fighting this.

Although I had a successful surgery, my experience here was not the best. One of the nurses was extremely overweight and it effected her work. When putting the IV in, her uncontrollable heavy breathing / shaky hands lead to a pretty gruesome bloodbath. She also in-efficiently put the IV in my left arm which was the arm that was being OPERATED on. (BIG NO NO) After coming back to consciousness, both nurses rushed me out of there.

MY FATHER HAD SURGERY HERE AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, ALL MY BILLING QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED.. SUPER HAPPY

From the phone call to my co-pay, few phone conversations, and day of surgery this place definitely deserves 5 stars. My nurse Janie and her partner who prepped me were AMAZING! My OR nurse, anesthesiologist and doctor were top notch! Then my recovery nurse got me out of there and in to my home as fast and comfortable as possible. I don’t want to have surgery again but if I do I want it here � thank you EVERY single person there that we interacted with. You made a scary day comfortable.

The staff is wonderful. We appreciate their attentiveness and care.

The whole staff here is great. They are very caring and thorough. I felt that we were in very competent hands.

Very nice office. It was very busy and I had to wait an extra 2 hours but everything else was great! Shout out to Tammy who was so amazing. She took really good care of me. Stephanie at the front desk was so helpful and courteous. Christina, Diana, Sabrina and Yayo were great. Last but not least, I'd like to thank Dr Young. He is amazing. Hopefully my surgery will be successful.
