Hello, just wanted to review because before my journey all i was doing was spiraling and reading reviews. I have been coming to this center now for a while. i am 23 and my husband is 25 was scary at first thinking a doctor wouldn't listen to concerns and just say "oh you guys are young everything is fine". Our insurance covered all testing thankfully and we are with dr.kaye. She is amazing and so is the entire staff. Listened to all concerns we had and helped rule out all possibilities. We ended up have to do IVF currently on STIMS and egg revival next week. from starting this journey to going through IVF in my case. Every receptionist, ma, ultrasound tech, and phlebotomist have been amazing and so sweet. Everyone is amazing at keeping a safe and calm environment which is huge to me especially because I have very bad anxiety. There are also 45-1hr away and anyone who knows IVF I'm at the clinic at least every other day. To me totally worth the drive for an amazing staff from the moment you walk in to getting blood drawn then over to ultrasound. Dr.Kaye is also very sweet in knowing we are far and letting us in zoom appointments for consults / going over results or treatment...ect. Anyways I'm just yapping away lol 10/10 would recommend anyone to come to this clinic.

Mon expérience avec The Fertility Center of Las Vegas a malheureusement été très décevante, et j’estime important de la partager pour que d’autres femmes puissent faire un choix éclairé. J’ai commencé mon parcours pleine d’espoir, accompagnée par Romain Taillandier, le coordinateur français, et suivie par la Dr Kaye. Tout s’est bien passé jusqu’à la ponction. Malheureusement, aucun embryon n’a survécu. À ce stade, j’ai reçu une explication technique sur le résultat, mais aucun accompagnement humain réel. Et je ne parle même pas du manque de tact dans les messages. Le plus choquant a été la suite : Dès que j’ai exprimé à Romain que je ne savais pas si je pouvais continuer financièrement, le silence s’est installé. Plus aucun suivi, aucun mail, aucune attention. Même mon dernier message adressé à la Dr Kaye est resté sans réponse. Personne n’a pris le soin de me demander comment j’allais après cet échec. Et surtout on ne m’a jamais parlé de la possibilité d’un échec. J’ai eu le sentiment que tant que j’étais une patiente “rentable”, j’existais, mais qu’à partir du moment où il n’y avait plus de perspective de paiement, je ne valais plus la peine d’une réponse. Dans un parcours aussi intime, douloureux et chargé d’espoir que la FIV, c’est inacceptable. Je ne remets pas en cause la compétence médicale, mais le manque total d’humanité et de considération a profondément marqué mon expérience. Un centre de fertilité devrait avant tout comprendre qu’au-delà des chiffres, il y a des femmes, des histoires et des rêves de maternité. J’espère sincèrement que ce témoignage sera lu, compris, et qu’il aidera d’autres patientes à choisir un endroit où la compassion ne s’arrête pas au devis.

This review is a long time coming but I wanted to wait until my baby was earth side. If you are like me, you are scouring the internet for positive stories if you're at the beginning of your infertility journey. I went to three different RE clinics in Vegas on my infertility journey. This was by far the ONLY one I would ever recommend. And the only one who ever gave me an answer for my infertility. I had many large fibroids and found out through the course of treatment I had silent endometriosis. This clinic is leaps and bounds above the rest. Dr. Bediant is truly the best there is in the valley. She listens to you. She is willing to pivot and try different things. She will do what you want (as long as it's medically appropriate) and makes you feel like you are in control of this journey that at times is harrowing, difficult, and very much out of your control. No matter who you go to, this journey will be difficult. But Dr. Bediant is compassionate and also extremely knowledgable and well versed on the latest research. (Check out her fertility podcast!) This was a long, expensive road and the most difficult thing I ever did in my life, but on 10/2 I welcomed my miracle baby into the world, and I would do it all again for him! I owe everything to Dr. Bediant and this clinic for giving me everything I ever wanted. I will be back to transfer my last two embryos in the future even though I've moved out of state. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Bedient and her team are nothing short of incredible!! Dr. Bedient adapts your care to your needs. She walks the infertility journey with you every step of the way, every appointment it's like meeting with a dear friend. She has helped make our dream come true, we have two beautiful children with one on the way, thanks to her and her team. The staff at FCLV is like no other, they always greet you with a smile and often by first name, even after caps in treatments. Marina, the phlebotomist, has been with us each step of our 4 year journey, she makes blood draws a breeze! Betsy, the RN pre-op/post-op, is the absolute best! Her smile is contagious, her warmth is unmatched, she above and beyond every time you see her. I will truly miss (yes very odd to say about a physicians office) coming in for appointments! Words can not thank Dr. Bedient and everyone at FCLV enough for this beautiful life they have help us achieve!

I felt like I wasted my time and money with this place, I feel like they’re doing a business not a healthcare provider. I spent hours on the phone paying for things I was told was covered by insurance and just got another bill a year and a half after my final visit.

There isn't a better place I could recommend in Vegas than here, and this is coming from someone who lives 45 minutes from the office. Beyond worth it. The staff is top notch, we worked with Dr. Bedient who is pure light and love and a complete wealth of knowledge. Any concern I ever found myself having, or any doubts that were plaguing my mind, I always found peace and comfort in FCLV. We graduated today with a beautiful healthy baby in my belly and it's all thanks to everything that FCLV did for me.

Everyone on the team was incredible and caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe, supported, and hopeful about my journey. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference, and I’m so grateful for the way they cared for me. God bless them all!

My wife and I worked with Dr. Bedient and her team, and the experience was tremendous. I cannot recommend FCLV enough for any family looking to grow. Their knowledge, professionalism, and communication was truly exemplary.
