I would like say after my experiences with the office staff, find another Dr. These people running the office are not only rude but extermely unhelpful.

I took my mother for a consult for Shoulder replacement and was told that Dr. Thomas did not do surgery, even though her HMO referred us and we waited two months. Bottom line this is the standard answer for HMO patients. Dr. Is an ass. Stated there was no one in Las Vegas able to do her surgery and then would not give a statement of network deficiency so she could go to another doctor. His PA said that is what happens when you have cheap insurance.

I wish I could split this rating into two categories. Doctor and office staff. The doctor's rate 5 stars from me. The office staff, 3. I am 100% satisfied with the rotator cuff surgery I received from Dr. Thomas. Once I was able, in retrospect, to look past the long wait times, scheduling conflicts and poor communication from the staff, I realized just how good the Knee and Shoulder Inst. is in performing their duties. Just pack some patience when it comes to the hired help. Would I use KSI again for future needs? Absolutely!

The ladies at the desk seems always irritated and rude. Just not a good experience overall. They should quit if they are miserable instead of making their patients miserable with their attitudes.

Great and trustworthy doctors , you will truly not want to go anywhere else.

I had both of my shoulders surgery done by doctor Bigler, my right shoulder one year ago and it's like new, no pain, full movement, recovering now from my left shoulder which was in a really bad condition and I can feel is going to be another successful recovery. God bless doctor Bigler and all the team that make it happen.

Dr. Thomas did an excellent job on my shoulder last August and I will be addressing my current knee issues with him this month. he is a brilliant surgeon and I highly recommend him and his outstanding facility.

Dr. Thomas was not very informative as to what he was going to do to my knee and after my surgery I, I still had pain, decided not to go to Las Vegas to see him again I was able to secure a doctor here in Mesquite Nevada that doctor is Dr. Todd Parry of which treated me with respect.

My wife had her complete knee replacement procedure performed here last March courtesy of Dr. Steven Thomas, a medical professional, which we are both convinced through our thorough independent research and desirable end results must be the foremost osteopathic knee and shoulder specialist in Las Vegas today All surgery and other procedures are done on site at Thomas & Bigler's own surgery center. Their practice also houses their own rehab and pilates center to cover any needed follow up care by their patients. I myself have begun the initial steps with Dr. Thomas to secure his expertise to repair my badly damaged right shoulder. I will follow-up as appropriate, with an edit to this review.

I've been having knee problems for a number of years and finally I had to do something about it. Saw Dr Thomas after testing and MRI .Surgery was the way to go to repair the damage . I am now 3 weeks after surgery and very very happy with the results and very happy with Dr Thomas and his staff. Everyone I have encountered has been very kind helpful and caring. I highly recommend this practice. MJ
