They where on time with my medications wich is very important too me. But I don't like the service know one ever answers the main number .and they text me instead of calling me .I dont like texting about my health issues or when I have a question .its harder too understand no should have to text about there health. On top of that they call me to let me go today because of my review you are not allowed too speak up for yourself. So good luck to those who sighn up with them and becareful of what you say they will discharge you and fast. I only ment I was Unhappy with services of texting not that im unhappy with my doctor but thats ok I guess it was ment too be .

My wife was set up with them it sounded great but there give you one day notice and a time we see a few Dr a month I work but we have no say when there come that is wrong

My mother has been with them for over 3 yrs. Up until the last 4 months or so it's been great. But now they hardly return her calls even though it says they will within 24 hours. They made an appointment to come by the house yesterday then called and canceled and told her they wouldn't be back in the area at all this week and gave her no time to return. She has to constantly call to get her prescriptions refilled sometimes going without. She has COPD among other things. How do they keep a license if they treat their patients like this.

My mother is in dire need of a hospital bed. Visiting Medical Clinic made this recommendation months ago, although they have done nothing about it. I finally called them and asked where the bed was ordered from. I called Medical Mobility and they stated Visiting Medical Clinic has been unresponsive providing the appropriate documentation to get the bed approved so the order got cancelled. In the meantime my father is struggling taking care of her and they have done nothing about it. I have left 3 messages for Amanda, the Nurse Practitioner and she has not called me back yet.

We were happy to find this service for elderly parent. NP comes to the home as does phlebotomy and even x-ray. Follow up on treatments, labs, and even patient status very poor. No repeat labs, no repeat xray, no at least weekly status update. If you need a quick visit this service might work but we felt that they "wrote off' our parent and did not provide close medical follow up that might have really prolonged and improved qaulity of life.
