This was my daughter’s first visit to Dr. Brooks and I am pleased to say that I’ve found her a new pediatrician. The doctor is very personable as well as knowledgeable. Her staff is wonderful and the office is perfect for children. The wait time is reasonable and we left the appointment feeling very confident with the information we were given.

The best pediatrician in Las Vegas! As a first-time mom, I’m always concerned and have lots of questions. Dr. Brookes never makes me feel rushed she always takes the time to listen, answer all of my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable before we leave. I’ve visited other pediatricians in Las Vegas, and truly, nothing compares. She is professional, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. I couldn’t recommend her more!

You can tell she’s a mother herself. She truly cares beyond just the medical side and is also incredibly helpful when it comes to guiding you through the different stages and milestones. Highly recommend 🤍

Dr. Brookes has been my son's pediatrician since he was born. She used to work at Sunrise Hospital, and when she moved to her own practice, we continued seeing her. She's an amazing doctor and always treats my son well. He's 9 years old now, and she always greets us warmly with stickers and candy for the kids. The wait is short, and she always takes her time to see us properly!

On 4/24, I called to ask if my daughter and niece could be scheduled at the same time. I understood that this might not be possible given their appointments were for 4/29 and 4/30, but I wanted to check. During this call, the staff member incorrectly stated that my niece’s appointment needed to be canceled because her blood work had not been completed. This was not accurate. After reviewing further, she located partial results but still insisted the appointment would need to be canceled due to incomplete labs, despite there being enough time for the remaining results to arrive. In addition to providing incorrect information, the staff member was dismissive and rude during the interaction. Working in healthcare myself, I understand that issues come up, but professionalism and clear communication are still expected. Because of this experience, I canceled my daughter’s appointment as well, and we will continue care with our current pediatrician.
