This place has so so many bad reviews. I cancelled my upcoming appointment. 2.9 Stars?? My Health needs 4.5 Stars and up. Seriously. It seem to be a few good people who work here, from the reviews. Unfortunately, the bad reviews overshadow them. I'm not taking the chance. I will look elsewhere. One Star for WHASN using the same generic response for each complaint. That's pathetic.
This is the best WHASAN location I have been to. The medical staff and the NP was really nice. They're are really organize and I love it!
I was here for the first time recently and had the BEST experience!!!! Tenicia was absolutely amazing and professional!! I witnessed her handle a disgruntled patient with patience and SO much grace. Jasmine Lewis' demeanor and bedside manner was so wonderful and refreshing!!! I felt seen and heard by her. I left there feeling very empowered concerning my health and her recommendations. I'm definitely grateful to have found these guys!

I had a first appointment with Dr Lewis this morning. She was referred by my primary care Dr. I have a PPO, so I have the option to see anyone of my choosing, however, I trusted my primary care to refer me to Dr Lewis. I arrived 12 min late, because the office is in a very large medical building and I had a hard time finding the office. When I arrived the front office receptionist said have a seat, you are late, and I will check if we have to reschedule you. Then she pointed out a sign that said there is no grace period for late arrivals on the desk. I let her know that I was not aware of the late policy and apologized. I would think a grace period would be in place for first time arrivals trying to find their office, but understood if a reschedule needs to happen. The receptionist came back from the back office and said she will need to re-schedule me. She had a very lousy attitude and manners during this process. I looked at the calendar and she said she could schedule me 2 weeks out. I asked if there was anything sooner. She then said that she was going to cancel my referral and send it back to the Doctor. I said that I will come in in 2 weeks and will keep that appointment. In the mean time another lady was waiting in the office with the same situation and said that this receptionist is very rude. The receptionist said she was cancelling the other ladies referral too and that neither of us were welcomed in the office. I have never been so appalled!Who is this woman to make these decisions and does Dr. Lewis know that this receptionist is loosing business for her? I contacted my primary care Dr and explained what happened, and they said they send a lot of people to this office and weren't aware of this horrible treatment. They were thankful that I relayed this information to them and they will not be referring out to this Doctor anymore. It really is a shame that this front office receptionist is making all the business decisions for Dr. Lewis and loosing business for her. I do hope that they pay attention to whom they have representing the front office.
I have been a patient of Dr. Watson for over 20 years. So now if I reschedule 3 times due to work, you have to get approval from the doctor. He can then choose to drop you. That is horrible, and what a bizarre policy. Dr Watson is no longer available Friday's for surgery. That is fine. But I also have a job, and if I call 2 1/2 weeks in advance to reschedule, it should be an issue. Especially since I have been there on time every time for 20 years! I decided to go somewhere else. I have been going to him way too long, to be treated like another number
If you want a Dr who is empathetic and caring do not see Dr. Jasmine Lewis. This is my very first time at this OB and I had a miscarriage that started in Nov and was bleeding up until the end of December of 2022. I didn't have insurance until January of 2023 so I went to the ER and they instructed me to see an OB once I was done bleeding. This office said they can't see me for that and I would have to go back to the ER for a follow up but that's not what they told me. I figured I'll still go just to get a annual exam done and we can just discuss my medical history and I asked her assistant if I can speak to the dr about potentially get a week off because I haven't had time to really deal with what happened. I work for the post office and work 6 days a week 12 hour days. So as soon as the Dr walks in right she's saying she can't give me a note like that and why am I asking for time off when the "miscarriage happened months ago" it happened in December. Its barely a month that it happened. I tried to explain that I don't have annual leave yet because I haven't been with the post office that long, and she proceeds to cut me off and say she has family members in the post office and she knows how it is when clearly she doesn't. Then ask why I don't have annual and maybe I can just accumulate hours for time off. She didn't care to ask about my medical history and didn't even ask if that was my first pregnancy which it was, and that's why it's been so hard on me. She asked how far along I was and told her 9 weeks and she said "that's not far along" basically making me feel like what I went through doesn't matter because I was not in my 2nd or 3rd trimester. Her lack of understanding or empathy is beyond me. I will NEVER come back here and I suggest seeing another Dr if you do.
I've only been once and the doctor seemed good. Unfortunately I didn't get to know her well. On my second visit I was 5 minutes late and the front office woman was visibly frustrated. I calmly apologized (I couldn't find their suite on the directory because it was under the doctors name not the group name so it took me a sec to look it up). She was also mad I didn't fill in the paper work online, I just didn't know I needed to, it wasn't my first visit so they didn't tell me to come early to fill out paperwork. She went to the back (I presume to talk to the doctor) and I was told I had to reschedule. I totally respect that. But I'm a teacher and a mother of a small child and it takes a lot of work to get time off and get somewhere. It's their prerogative to turn me away but it's not like I had been super late nor am I a repeat offender. The doctor is probably be nice but don't be late. Because they will be quick to have you sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes but wont be flexible for a few minutes to support a working mother.
seriously the best!!! I went to Jasmine Lewis for my first pap smear ever and she took the time to sit down and talk to me for 15-20 minutes before she did anything. She was super nice and had amazing bedside manner! She walked me through the entire thing before she did anything and made sure I was comfortable before starting! She was genuine and you can tell she loves what she does!
I was forced to leave this practice because I could not attend the monthly group appointment. After my 12 week appointment, I was told that my next 7-8 visits were going to be in a group setting. The office determines what day and time you need to attend. They are also about 1.5 hour long appointments. When I told them I wouldn't be able to attend all the 1pm appointments due to my work schedule, they told me to look for care else where. They didn't care to work with me at all. I left crying and now have to seek new care at 15 weeks. They didn't apologize at all. I wasn't even aware group appointments were a thing at this practice. Dr. Goodell delivered my first baby in 2020 and didn't have any issues. There were no group appointments then either. That is why I returned for care with this pregnancy. I was told "Dr. Goodell believes this is best for her patients" but it really isn't. I believe group appointments are mandatory because she is overwhelmed with patients and wants to see more people at once. Why else would she force mandatory group appointments? It's probably for the best I leave this practice because honestly, I would not want to discuss my medical history in a group setting. If you work a M-F, 9 to 5 job, this place isn't for you. They will not work with your schedule and will not care one bit if you can't make their mandatory prescheduled appointments.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
