Dr Alnajjar bedside manner has went down she didn’t have the rite papers to discuss my diagnosis so just said whatever off the top of her head to what she read prior not cool at all this my life you fooling with here go get the rite papers never did she acted like I was a inconvenience 3/30/23 She did my hysterectomy 11/21 was pretty cool down to earth very helpful but know don’t care Also to get referrals done correctly here is impossible took three weeks to give steinberg the correct referral

Told me I was being given a Pap smear and then ran a culture with no helpful information just to have to reschedule an appointment and pay to go in.

Dr. Rosenbaum and her medical student were amazing!! They were both very caring, understanding, and I could tell they were using all the information given to make choices in the best interest of my needs and health. Front desk was kind as well, the MA’s were great too. Love this location!

Dr. Alnajjar EXTREMELY unprofessional. I went in for an annual Pap smear. She came in with a group as I sat naked on the table (without my permission). U would've thought I was getting ready to deliver (extremely uncomfortable). After speaking to me aggressively, not letting me speak, and quoting how many years she has been in school and yelling over me when I did try to speak. I told her she can wrap it up and I'll be going else where. AS A BLACK WOMEN AVOID THIS LADY!!? AT ALL COST JUST AVOID THE OFFICE!? 🤦🏾‍♀️ I've never been treated so poor by a health care professional.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Atienden pésimamente las de recepción ,es rara la que atienda bien ,siempre con una cara orrible como si les estuviera uno pidiendo algo regalado!! No contestan las llamadas aunque uno tenga una urgencia!!mandan hacer exámenes cobran por ello para poder decir el resultado cobran la consulta aparte para decir lo q fue !!!!fui barrios años ahí,,nunca me dijeron que tenia según ellos no tenía nada ,,cuatro años después volví a regresar y resulta q desde la ultima vez q fui ya ellos sabían que tenía ese problema ,solo q tal vez la que me dijo los resultados se equivoco !! Orrible clínica si por mi fuera no les ponía ninguna estrella ⭐️ tube un aborto espontáneo y nunca me dijeron y aún haci me seguían dando medicamento ,hazta que fui a otra clínica me dijeron q avía tenido un abierto me quede con cara de q no lo podía creer 😡😡….años tratando de tener un bb para q esta clínica orrible no me dijera cuando estuve para poder tomar mis precauciones ,,,,orrible orrible detesto al personal en general ,,si hubieran sido claros y directos desde un principio ojalá un día alguien pueda demandar porque por clínicas así muchas personas deseguro ya hemos perdido 😞 un bb 😡😡😡😡

Worst experience EVER!!! The office manager AUTUMN is extremely rude and racist. Or maybe she had a bad day with her man or woman who knows 😂😂 all I know she needs Jesus in her life because she’s dropping all her frustrations in this place (Pinto Lane location) I thought I was the only one complaining about AUTUMN but I see a lot of reviews complaining about her. She came out her cave I mean her office like a dragon 🐉 ready to fight. I made an appointment for my daughter because she was in pain and bleeding bad and I know I had a balance and I had already paid half. I told her I could pay half and she said no I need to pay everything or they won’t see my daughter. She screamed at me in front of everyone and didn’t take half of the money. She said I didn’t make any effort to pay my bill. She doesn’t know my situation so she doesn’t have the right to say that. I believe in KARMA so be careful “lady”. There are other places way better than that one. I won’t come to this location EVER.

Showing up on time means you’ll be there for 2 hours waiting. Please take my advice and do not give this location a chance. It’s not worth the headache. Been to at least 3 appointments and I still don’t know who my actual doctor is. I waited over a hour and half today and decided I just had to get out of there. No urgency, no professionalism. This location should be shut down.

The girls in the front desk are terrible, if you're late 10 minutes they will cancel your appointment, I need surgery have to wait another month just a pap smear. had the surgery with Dr strebel it supposed to be with Dr Grolle went to the hospital but Maritza never call me my Insurance didn't approved. The next week Dr Strebel did it supposed to keep my ovaries they remove one now I'm in menopause, ect. Now they say they don't accept my insurance which is blue cross blue shield PPO. I left text messages and voicemail
