If you can find somewhere else to come for your annual appointment I recommend to go elsewhere. The virtual check in and the information including all the questions you answer you will be answering them again. Not to mention no on here is friendly and there's no communication.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL HURT YOU. I HAD A PAP SMEAR DONE AND LEFT IN PAIN FOR MORE THAN 24 HRS. CALLED THREE TIMES AND KEPT GETTING HING UP ON OR ON HOLD FOR OVER TEN MINUTES. AFTER FINALLY GETTING AHOLD OF THE SUPERVISOR SHE SAID, “IF YOU’RE IN PAIN THATS NOT US THATS YOU, THE DOCTOR HAS BEEN DOING PAP SMEARS FOR FORTY YEARS.” NO IM SORRY THIS HAPPED NO NOTHING!!! THIS PLACE WILL TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE ISSUES THEY CAUSE. IT IS NOT MORMAL TO HAVE SEVERE PAIN AFTER A PAP SMEAR!!!!!

Should be a 0 star option. This place is unprofessional and rude. Would rather go to my original OBGYN that’s 35 mins away from me. At least her office staff is professional.

Apparently in this place they do not train their reception employees, they are rude, they do not pay attention to you, they don't care about the patients, it seems that one comes to ask for free services. Las latinas tratan mal a otras latinas.

I was very pleased with my visit, I feel that the doctors and nurses do their best to make sure you are comfortable and feel heard. I went for my annual gyno visit, and the staff that helped me were all kind and answered all my questions! Also offered extra information about my health.

This is a terrible office, everyone there is rude and cold. Cathy is one of the ladies that schedules appointments. Such a. rude disrespectful lady!

Do not recommend. They’re very unorganized and staff is unprofessional. I went to my scheduled appointment, just for them to say the doctor wasn’t in. They lied and said they gave me a call to reschedule but my call log shows no such call or voicemail. Make sure your doctor is in if you even go here.

I can’t not stand the stuff at this place they are unprofessional unorganized and don’t have no patience with patients at all I called about my test results that they told me I will get today and I stay haven’t heard back from anyone I’m speaking to the kathy and she telling me no is busy to talk to you like why did I have to take for me to call for someone to give me a call back I dislike unprofessionalism.

Should be 0 star option. My PC referred them to me because I was having so many issues with SWMA, and their OBGYN’s always leaving. I called several weeks ago to make an appointment. That appointment was for Monday 12/19. Friday 12/16 around 4:15 pm I get a call from Cathy that they had to reschedule that appointment. No availability for 3 weeks. As I am trying to explain to her that when I called the first time I told the lady that I had lumps around my breast and in my armpit and she didn’t really seem to care and it was not a concern for a sooner appointment. In the midst of me explaining this she kept cutting me off saying that they were booked out 3 weeks for new patients. I said to her that it was very rude to cut someone off when they are very concerned about the lumps around their breast and showing no concern whatsoever about it. She went on to say that I was rude and played a message saying we were on a recorded line. I said that fine if you want to record, and she continued to say I’m not going to argue with you. By this time I’m in tears, mind you I was at work when this happened. I replied with I am speaking to as a reasonable person that has concerns about the lumps around my breast. She continues to say I am not going to argue with you when you are rude and cutting me off . I said that’s fine, I made sure I got her name again and said I will put you on blast for being so rude. It is unfortunate that this office has no concern for women’s health. Mind you I go back to my desk still in tears about how I was treated hoping none of my coworkers saw me crying.

The office manager here is VERY unprofessional. The nursing staff left sutures in my mom which causes an infection. The office manager said that "it's normal." She was very rude and was upset that I was questioning her. She didn't know the answers to my questions and kept saying that an infection is normal and leaving sutures inside someone was normal too. Worst office! I will be going to the medical board regarding the issues they've caused due to their incompetence.
