I had a scheduled spot at 4:00pm, I called to let the office know I’ll be running late… I was told of the 15min grace period. I arrived at 4:15 parked my car and got to the front desk at 4:16. I was then told to reschedule due to me getting there 1 min late, while there was no waiting in the lobby and I was told that Dr. Finch will not see me due to being 1 min late….granted I rushed to my appointment from a funeral. On top of that she referred me to get and ultrasound that she did not inform me was 400.00 and required to have been done, instead she told me it was an option and that the first step would be my blood test, which was done weeks ago. Along with that I received a call about rescheduling my original spot and when I called the office no one knew why they wanted me to come in at an earlier time… I will not be seeing Dr. Finch again….just horrible.
I had amazing experience with Dr. Michelle Finche. My procedure went very good and the service and care received was very comforting before, during and after. However, today, I did not receive good customer service at the front desk and normally I do. I stood waiting with no one on the waiting room not being acknowledged by the young lady. I walked right passed her and did not want to disrupt her giving her time to look up. Not one second did she bother and I was then standing at the counter. I walked up and asked her if she was checking out patients. And first thing she said how long were you standing there? So all this time you seen three patients walk by (only one) and didn't say anything? That's not the kind of approach you give to your patients. Second, she was very passive aggressive. I mentioned to her I needed to schedule out my six months mammogram and she asked if I had it done. I said yes and the information is in my chart. I was not familiar with the area she when she was explaining to me locations where they have their radiology services. She then stated well all you got to do is google it like we do now days. And I said well whoever and however way it was done from the initial referral I was find with it. Thirdly, I had asked to get a notice of letter to return back to work and that Dr. Finche mentioned I can have this done at the front desk. She again, was rude and said well did you get a letter before? I said yes, when "prior" to surgery I was off till I got clearance and that is why I am asking for now a "return to work"notice post surgery. This really was a uncomfortable and disrespectful experience I have had. They need someone with compassion and attentive when sitting at a front desk. You never know what your patients are going through or what they've been dealing with at the time of visit. This young lady did not make any eye contact and continue to be extremely rude and passive aggressive. Employees without compassion and lack of attention detail such as before asking review a patients record to verify rather than to be rude and answering with a smart sarcastic response. Sadly to say, knowing that this one individual can ruin a persons day after going through a surgery and the anxiety and pain someone can be dealing with. It took about 15-20 mins just to get her assistance with constant argumentative response back and forth.

If you’re going to make patients wait over a month for an appointment, at least answer the phone when you leave a message saying you need to reschedule.
I am a little over 3 months into my pregnancy and I don't have a single complaint about this location. I have been seeing CNM Melissa Rowberry for care and she has been amazing. She is very patient, understanding, and supportive. 5 out of 5 stars for her! I would recommend her to anyone.

Horrible experience. I had to come here to pick up documents for a family member, I was hardly greeted by the two girls at the front desk. I noticed the documents were totally incomplete so I had to go inside to ask for the documents to be corrected, the front desk lady didn’t say a word to me, then suggested that I make the edit myself… now why would I edit medical documents that are supposed to be filled out by you??? Documents that are supposed to be official? It was honestly unnerving that she would suggest that, finally she did her job and made the correction herself.. they need to adjust their attitude and stop making everyone’s day miserable by simply asking them to do their job.
First impressions very bad, young front staff sharing too much info about their life in front of their desk and patients in the lobby. If your sharing with your coworkers don't do it to the point it's too much. I myself work in medical office and hospital, but we know when the right time to talk and stay professional once you step foot in your office. Front blonde check in very rude to my girlfriend, very rude and I'm just surprised how young and unprofessional the front staff is. If I a clinical director reads this, please train front staff it is very urgent, it's what makes or breaks an office. Also, advise if your appointment is at 8 it is actually 8:10 or 8:15, and front staff knows you are waiting outside the door and still wouldn't give you a heads up of why they won't let you in at 8 even though they said come in at 8. I'm waiting in the lobby right now and still front staff still talking about personal stuff and now even thier patients, uh oh, red flag everyone. Also, I'm not even the patient. Very sad. I wish I can record them and prove my point of this review.
Worst experience ever. I set an appointment, wait months, finally the appointment day comes. I arrive on time, get asked to sign a form stating that I would be charged a $25 dollars fee if I'm late, or don't show up. 🤔 I signed the form in order to be seen and they sat me in the waiting area waiting for my name to be called for an hour. As I get to the back area I noticed 3 other open rooms and 4 staff members siting at a table laughing having a great conversation. Wish I could charge them 25 dollars for my time!!
The pa and the desk girls loudly complained about me while I was there and could hear everything in the lobby. Truly unprofessional attitudes at this location. Honestly couldn't believe it. But I was apologetic because the ultrasound tech was booked up, and I didn't want to be wasting the doctor's time. And then came out and discussed my health information in the lobby where everyone was seated and could hear. I genuinely don't feel comfortable going back now.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
