Worst place I’ve ever dealt with. First time, I set an appointment only for them to tell me the doctor wasn’t coming. Mind you I had to take off work for this. Then after a year or so of traveling, I left a message to make an appointment to come in for my yearly exam. Granted I was a little overdue because my f some family matters I had to take care of. So I get this letter in the mail stating they will no longer see me as a patient because of “my lack of cooperation in my medical treatment and non-compliance with treatment recommendations” Basically, I don’t make them money if I don’t come in. And no medical treatment was needed. I never had issues. I only needed to go there for my yearly exams and IUD check. I work in the medical field and this is so unprofessional. You’re a dollar sign to them not a patient. I’ll be making sure that no one I know or any patients at my work, come to this office. Worst doctors office I’ve ever been too.

This office is amazing. They are all very professional, caring, and compassionate! Dr. Tabassi helped me find a pain management plan that made my recent procedure and experience at 10/10. The ladies assisting during the procedure (Alicia and Alexa) were excellent at caring for me and making sure I was informed, comfortable, and supported in any way I needed. Thank you guys for being such lovely individuals. 😍

I’ve been going to Dr. Tabssi for years, she listens to me and always makes me feel comfortable. The staff is always so kind and professional. Airius in particular always has a smile on her face and makes my office experience that much better. Love WHASN Souther Hills!

I just love that they get to business here ! All my needs attended to in more than a timely manner! Referrals were smooth transitions too. I appreciate the knowledge lead staff as well , and I recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a mix-up with my insurance and received a big bill, I called WHASN and Airius helped me over the phone to clear up the issue! Insurances can be so stressful but Airius was able to explain everything and walk me through it with ease. I love this office! I had two appointments here and I've had nothing but a good experience. The facility is calming and the staff is very welcoming! Would recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Tabassi for over 1 year and have always had an amazing experience with everyone in her office. I recently had a procedure with her, she was exceptional as usual and her surgery scheduler (Airius) was amazing. Airius took the time to review my paperwork prior to the procedure and was also knowledgeable in answering my questions. I have referred my friends and family to Dr. Tabassi's clinic due to the compassionate care I receive from the clinic.

There service is exception, always prompt service never left waiting. The nurses staff are awesome always polite and there to ask any questions. One nurse in particular Airius is the absolute Sweetest, she always there when I need her in or out of the office. Thank you for your continued service!!! Tasha Ezell

I have had a great experience with this office and the care they have given me. All my concerns have been taken seriously and investigated. Options were provided to me and explained in detail. Dr. Tabassi is wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. All her staff has been very helpful, especially Airius, who went above and beyond to go through all my pre-op directions and make sure I felt comfortable before my procedure. I am so happy I found this group of excellent healthcare providers.
