Whasn Spring Valley's Online Review Report Card

Very sad this clinic doesn't help new patient check in even I showed up on time. All the staffs are giving patients hard time. The worst eat OBGYN I ever experienced.

This is my first baby and I came in yesterday telling them I’m having sharp pains in my stomach and I’ve been nauseous to the point I can barely function for days now. Th why only took down paperwork and asked me very little questions. Didn’t look at me, did not take my vitals NOTHING, they asked me to come in the next morning for an ultra sound to be sure everything is okay. I had an appt at 8:30. There is no way to contact them prior to that time due to them. Not opening until then. I informed them that I am running late as soon as was possible And was told if I’m 1 minute past 15minutes late they will not see me. I called a few mins past that because I AM PREGNANT AND THROWING UP in their parking lot and they refused to make an exception n see me…. I feel unheard and unseen. I feel like something is wrong and I just pray nothing is wrong with my baby

H onestly despite reviews I always give places a chance, I chose this location due to how convenient it was for me since I was near the area. But I should’ve just went somewhere else. My appointment was for 10:45. So they told me to be here 30 mins prior the day of to fill out paper work. Totally understandable. So today I got get literally arrived at 10:15 but I could not find the office because google maps said it was office #108. So being that took 5 minutes of my time, I’ve called the front desk again at exactly 10:19, telling them I’m here and I got lost. Then I had to walk over so I finally got in the office at 10:24. I proceed to talk to the women, Sabrina at the desk but she proceeded to say they cannot see anymore but she will go ask the doctor, then I hear her go after asking the doctor “oh only if you want to” I’m not sure if that was to say only if the doctor still wants to see me... I hope not because that’s wild. She comes back out tells me there’s nothing she can do. And how I had a grace period. I want to know WHERE IS THE GRACE PERIOD? if you called me at 10:07 confirming my appointment and then 10:15 to 10:24 is only 8 minutes, where was the grace period apply. Mind you my appointment is at 10:45. But according to Sabrina “if she could do something, she would” But it gets worst because I left, and I was speaking to my colleague who works in the medical field, and he called for me to ask what happen , and she proceeds to LIE to him and said I checked in 15 minutes after my appointment “way past 10:24” At this point they just refused me service because they didn’t want to see me. Ladies, please do not come here. If you do prepare for some BS because never had I ever deal with something like this. You would think women would help each other but because I was 8 mins past my “designated” time I can’t even see the doctor for birth control that I really need.

I've been coming here for a while already since the beginning of my pregnancy I saw that the office wasn't nice and to be honest a little bit old, even my pictures of the ultrasounds had very bad quality but I decided to keep coming because the doctor is actually not bad, but OMG the office staff are awful they never in a good mood and don't even say good morning is like for real the hate their job, not to mention that is literally impossible to get them through the phone. One day my doctor allowed my husband to be present on the exam and when I went to tell him outside they didn't want to let him inn, they had to go ask the doctor to confirm she said it was ok for him to come inn, they treat me like if I was lying and didn't even apologize. If you forget your mask don't even think that they will help you, you will loose your appointment and that's it. They won't even tell you to go next door on a big hospital and ask for one. Every time I go there I feel like livestock no one even ask me how I feel. If you are pregnant make sure of not going to this office they won't give you a beautiful experience that you can share with partner on the contrary is a lonely and sad consultation

I received a bill of $200..from this location in regards to a annual check up..I got each year for the past 2 years with Dr Irwin Glassman..Just to find out he was not under contract with Caremore when he saw me and they scheduled my appt..They also took my copay at time of service knowing he was not in network..So I call the office today and I speak to a woman named " Cathy" the call is recorded..I did not use profanity..I wanted a logical answer why would this office schedule a appt for me and take my copay..knowing he is out of network...Such a shady business this office does and the so called "Cathy " who answers the phone is very rude and hung up on me twice...VERY unethical and unprofessional conduct she has portrayed ...Disgusting!!! STOP BILLING AND SQUEEZING PATIENTS OUT OF EVERY $ YOU CAN...SHAME ON This OFFICE!..AND Cathy if you can't speak to a patient about their billing without hanging up on them.You are in the wrong line of business!! PURE RUDENESS...STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE

Has the same experience today.. arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was turned away. Have never had a good experience at the whasn offices. The lady in front was not nice or friendly about it either.

I had an appointment today at 3:30 PM. I had been told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I received a automated phone call on Monday giving me those same instructions.(voicemail was saved have proof of telling me 15 minutes) About two hours before my appointment I received a text that said you have an appointment today at 3:30 we will see you then not stating in the text that I needed to be there any earlier than 15 minutes. When I got there I was told that I could not have my appointment today because I did not get there a half hour early. I ask will it take me a half hour to fill out my paperwork which by the way I had received an email telling me to go into a portal to fill out that information three weeks ago which I did at that time. ( Now I am concerned where is my information - floating around on the Internet?) The receptions proceeded to check with the doctor to see if I could still keep my appointment came back telling me I was going to have to reschedule which I did not reschedule the whole experience was a downer this is supposed to be a doctors office and I was not even late. How often do you sit in the waiting room before you are called only to wait for the Doctor another 15 to 20 minutes. I was waiting to hear back from receptionist when another patient sitting in the waiting room told me she had a very similar experience very disappointing. I will not be back if anybody asked me about Women’s Health Associates Southern Nevada I would recommend them to find a Doctor Who cares about their patients. I know that my leaving and not rescheduling an appointment makes no difference to them because obviously they have enough patience to keep them more than busy so maybe they have too many patients if they don’t care. One star is too much for this office to receive.

0 stars if possible , very ghetto , very unprofessional staff and dr with no manners , horrible place , i I'm leaving a review for my wife that is a very nice person , had a very bad experience with the staff at the Rainbow location, we would not recommend and would never in a million years return to this place , they over book there appointments and then they don't have time for you , again very unprofessional and a ghetto place , avoid this location at all cost ,

I am so impressed with this office. I had to move to a new OBGYN and it wasn't easy finding a new office with a good front office and doctors. (I had a lot of bad experiences) From the day I started coming till now they have helped me with soo many different issues and some I didn't even know to ask. Nothing negative to say unless you are in a rush sometimes you have to wait a little longer than your appointment time. I think it's because they are so thorough though. They all answer all your questions and make you feel so comfortable and actually listen. Thank you so much to all these wonderful ladies who work here. I truly appreciate you and your hard work and time.
