Whasn Sunrise's Online Review Report Card

I’ve apparently been “dismissed” from scheduling with any WHASN location because I had to reschedule my appointment at the Sunrise location a few times due to starting a new job and having a schedule that was constantly changing in the beginning, which was completely out of my control. They had informed me that I was dismissed only from the Sunrise location but not any of the other ones. Come to find out, when I call the other WHASN locations, they all tell me I’m unable to schedule an appointment. You don’t think that’s a bit harsh over a few scheduling conflicts? It’s not like I did anything that would warrant being banned from a healthcare center. Now I have to struggle to find a place that will remove my birth control implant, and it’s proving to be a hassle. Awful service you’ve got there, turning patients away like that. Thanks for nothing!

I could never recommend this spot. I hate dr madden with a passion she’s a horrible human and the male doctor here is even worse bunch off people who lack empathy and basic humanity.

worst place .. they only charge you and they do not reset anything and they do not take your problems seriously, they only give their opinion without asserting any proof. $80 per consultation to be told I have to go somewhere else… peor lugar .. solo te cobran y note resetan nada ni toman encuenta tus problemas seriamente , solo se ponen a opinar sin aserte ninguna prueba . $80 por consulta para que me digan que tengo que ir a otro lugar

Worst experience ever was given an appointment for 10am but was asked to show up 30 minutes before, for paper work . And took them almost 2 hours to get me inside to see a doctor.

Best location hands down

If I could give zero stars I would. Now it’s been about a year since I came to this office but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had a Dr office. Being my first pregnancy I went in eager and excited and left in tears. I also waited for 2.5 hours to be seen while they took people who got there 30min-1hr after me straight back. The ladies at the front desk were kind though.

Awesome. Very nice people and great waiting room. Thorough medical care. Top quality.

I wouldn’t not recommend coming here they don’t care about you’re well being. They leave you sitting in a room in the back for 2 hours no one to check up on you are nothing. I’m so over this doctor. If I could give it 0 stars I would. -10/10 they’re very unprofessional

I will never come back here the wait time don’t make any sense they been calling everybody else back and I’m just still waiting dame near 1 hour after

I had a decent experience with Dr. Madden & Dr Kartzinel in the past but there front office staff are terrible. The communication here is poor and the wait times are ridiculous. I just had a bad experience I was told I had my prenatal appt at 10am which I was on time for then once arrived on time told I should have been here 30 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork I already filled out which was not explained to me prior when the appt was made. It doesnt take that long to feel out paperwork anyway. Also I had my daughter with me mind you I wasnt told prior that guest arent welcome only patients and it should be told to patients about any rules such as this. I was denied of my appt and advised to reschedule. I WILL NOT COME HERE TO WHASN SUNRISE ANYMORE. the women there are ridiculous
