This office has really gone down the toilet. The doctors are good enough if they are actually trying to help you but their office staff has to be some of the worst of the worst in Vegas and that is saying a lot because vegas medical office staff are still some of the worst I have encountered. You'll be placed on hold for almost an hour then once they do speak with you they are rude and huffy about legitimate questions one may have about making sure all is on the up and up for scheduling. The staff hate working there and you can feel it. Please hire people that want to work and be there. Enough with these horrible humans that shouldn't be interacting with the public.

I can’t tell you how absolutely hurt I am. And I mean that from a sincere place. My child genuinely had health issues that were out of her control due to genetics. There was a serious issue with the prescription I try for over an hour desperately calling trying to get through no one clicked not even once not even to put me on hold nothing! I even tried calling the night before to their line and they told me they wouldn’t take a call unless it was an absolute emergency. Meanwhile, my child! Is going through agonizing pain, absolutely horrible! Completely unacceptable and shameful. I will never never come back to this company again I don’t care if they read this review and try to reach out to me. There is no trust! You do not care enough about your patients after you see them clearly it is truly a miscarriage of your responsibility. I’m not quite sure yet who I can report you to who is over the medical board or Better Business Bureau or what? But I will be reporting you today, because there is absolutely no excuse why in one hour absolutely nobody could at least take my car to ask me to hold or check on me or see that the phone has been ringing for over an entire hour if there is ever a Karen that anyone sees in their office going off on the front desk I can assure you it is most likely well deserved. I say this as I am currently grabbing my keys because I have to drive across town go physically to the office. I’m going to let them know how horrible they are. And take my business elsewhere. This place is not to be trusted with your health.

Dr Swainston and his friendly staff were amazing !!!! From appointments until I had my surgery I have no complaints!!! They were helpful . Thank you !!!

I was referred to see Dr. Swainston because of his incredible expertise regarding uterine fibroids. My initial consultation with him was fantastic and I was looking forward to my follow up appointment with him. Unfortunately, when the time came for my follow up, my appointment was cancelled last minute. I rescheduled. Now, the time has come again for my follow up and my appointment is cancelled again at the last minute. I understand that emergencies happen and family emergencies should take priority. My biggest upset, turn off and concern was the response from the front of the house. Incredibly rude, insensitive and the impression is that she could care less that these cancellations have such an impact on the patient. I’m very disappointed that each time I was notified of the cancellation it was the same day as my appointment. I’m even more disappointed that the front desk staff member was so cold and nasty. The best she could have done was offer an apology for the inconvenience versus becoming defensive and dismissive! Now, I’ve rescheduled for the third time with an OBGYN that IS NOT the doctor that I was referred to see. This experience has been quite disheartening and I’m not even confident that my next appointment will be upheld.

I just called and the receptionist refused to transfer me to the office manager I've been calling since last week for a prescription that is not been sent to the pharmacy, when I requested her name she just said NO and hangup on me, I called again right away and I asked who I talk to and she responded her name was Isabel and she was spoken to me before and I asked her why she hangup on me and she said she had another patient and she had the right to do thatand she said their protocol is hangup on patients I believe and she said anyway you just been seen twice like I don't have any rights as a patient. Unbelievable the way the receptionists act lately thinking that they own the places that they work for. Unfortunately, because of these rude people doctor's have to deal with insurance complaints even though they are good doctors. This office is awful and not recommended at all.

Doctor Richards is Amazing. Staffs are also nice and helpful. Baby was born a month early and hes now doing well thank you Dr.Richards

First of all WOW! This is the prettiest waiting room office, I have ever seen. Those beautiful suade turquoise comfy couches will put you to sleep real fast..When I walked in the waiting room, I saw a lady semi knocked out and I thought to myself, I would never!? (Wait for it) A few minutes later.... guess who caught themselves almost falling asleep? Lol... Anywho..Doctor Darwin and Selena were so amazing with great personalities with good positive vibes. I walked out of there knowing that pretty soon all my concerns will be gone. The perks of having great PPO insurance are so rewarding.

Medicare patients beware....I left because they want you to waiver your medicare rights. They also say it's your responsibility to get prior authorizations then another paper says they will do it. I have cancer. I'm tired. Laws aren't followed and their aren't consequences. I'm traumatized because I continously encounter this without recourse. I feel violated. I contacted UHC optumcare and they don't know laws. Coercion, fraud....

I recvd a phone call Monday. And they stated they would call me back. It's now Wednesday. No call. ....if a preventative medicine and an office or other outpatient service are each provided during the same patient encounter, then it is appropriate to report both E/M services as a NEW patient. Not billing both as a new patient because you know UHC will only pay one visit. So bypassing the edits system is wrong. The sick part of the visit is not warranted. You are telling patients, come in for your annual. But don't ask questions because we will also make it an office visit. Wrong on all levels. I don't need a auto reply from you I need a fix.
