Dr Jeong is the best DR. I have ever experienced in my 53 adult years in Las Vegas. Caring, informative, any question you ask or want to ask in answered, with time and patience My surgery was a success. His office staff is old school, answers phone, polite, handles everything quickly. What more can you ask for!!! ,

Dr. Jeong makes his each of his patients feel like they are his most important priority. In his very thorough examination he discovered a cervical issue I wasn't aware I had because I went to see him for lumbar pain. His pre and post surgical care was honest, efficient, caring and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dr. Jeong for any neurological problem.

Dr Jeong, has fantastic bedside manner’s. He tells you what the problem is how he’s going to fix it. What the outcome should be or will be. He’s direct to the point and let you know if this is something good for you or not. I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic surgery of the spine. Because of him I am walking around and feeling fantastic. I am doing everything I did when I was younger, And I feel I will never stop.

From the start, he's been great at explaining what is going on with my spine & what I should expect, giving me options & the pro's/con's of each & even asking for questions I had. I've had experience with many doctors & he is one of the best I've ever dealt with, his bedside manner is amazing & his knowledge is also amazing. Also with most doctor's offices, you expect to wait at least an hour to be seen, I've never waited even close to that in his office. He is a very well-spoken, intelligent and accommodating doctor who takes the time to answer all your questions and cater to your individual needs and circumstance. He is extremely methodical and skilled as a surgeon and my operation went perfectly. His office staff has also been very helpful throughout the process to include the extra paperwork I've needed for work disability. One of the best medical experiences I have had and would highly recommend him without reservation to anyone.

My standard of living was unquestionably lowered before to surgery since the agony I was in could not have been imagined by anybody else. The pre-op, the operation, and the post-op care were all extremely successful experiences overall. Dr. William Jeong was kind and transparent, in addition to being extremely thorough. He is one of the best neurosurgeons I have ever had the pleasure of knowing in my whole life. When I needed someone to appropriately diagnose me and treat me, he was there for me. He saved my life.

Dr. Jeong is extremely diligent and caring of his patients. I took my mother to the ER as we didn't know what was happening with her. She was admitted into ICU and taken care of by Dr. Jeong. He kept an eye on her symptoms and was able to schedule an emergency brain surgery at the perfect time. He was consistently in touch with me, letting me know how she was doing and, as a professional, what his recommendations were throughout her whole stay (2wks). He has been the most heartwarming, compassionate and empathetic doctor I have had the pleasure to have had encountered. I am extremely grateful for his knowledge and his ability to care for my mother. She's now doing 180% better than before! She was in blessed hands!!!

Dr Jeong tells you like it is with great bedside manner and his staff is just as great and caring as he is. he is patient and kind and is honest if he thinks another surgeon would be batter to do my very complex surgery. I thank him for his honesty and kindness and his staff was just as great, please give Dr Joeng and his staff, Kayla, Merna, and Dawn for all their help in figuring out why my MRI and x-rays were labeled wrong on my diagnosis.. thank you Dawn for helping me with my records I appreciate all you and Dr Jeong and staff did for me.. He is a great Dr you won't regret using him..
