This place employs staff who support domestic violence and very aggressive and harassing. Called this office with a complaint about a medical staff member who made derogatory comments about my child. Called and requested an email or a call back and haven't received neither. They informed the employee of the complaint and the employee has gone as far as to writing my school a letter which in turned got her expelled from the school for harassment but not the doctors office who works with kids. Wouldnt bring my kid here

We needed a last-minute physical for my 15 yr old son so he could have his sports physical on file at NCHS. It was so easy to schedule and they were able to get us in quickly. The whole process was simple, we were in and out, and the nurse practitioner, Lori, was super nice!

Just moved to Milwaukee & found Zarminali Pediatrics from an online search. We loved our first visit & can’t wait to continue going in the future! The staff were very inviting and friendly. The office was also geared towards children with books and toys available while waiting AND in the exam rooms. We absolutely loved Dr. Hamilton. Our children really enjoyed being there. 100% recommend.

Waited an hour to see doctor Serena. I left without seeing her. That was very unprofessional.

Just had first appointment and was very impressed with staff and doctor. We went to 6 corners location. Highly recommend. My son is on the spectrum and he was relaxed the whole time.

My children have been a patient with Anthem Hills Pediatrics now Zarminali Pediatrics for over 9 years. The quality of care and compassion is lack there of. Today I tried to make an appointment /sick visit and the person at the front desk had an attitude told us there are no openings and to go to urgent care. This was today 7/29/26 at around 2:10 pm. We have been with them for almost a decade and never have issues making appointments for sick call. The quality of compassion, care, and maybe some competency and ethical issues surrounding the staff at this clinic might be questionable. Recently this year a physician diagnosed my child without even running the appropriate tests. I had to come back again to request the test after consulting with other health specialist who questioned why did the physician who diagnosed her not run any tests. There was no clinical evidence to prove the diagnosis. We stayed because we loved Kristy who used to work for the referrals dept, and Christine Herrera and Catherine Smitha. But the competency in other departments have made me question if my children are receiving quality care. I am now switching to a different pediatric clinic.

The wait times are terrible since changing over to new company. Nurses at rainbow location are rude and inconsiderate. Have been with anthem hills Pediatrics for 13 years but will be looking for a new pediatrician

I am always with Dr Herrera! She is amazing! We have been with her for several years with my sister and now my own baby, I always feel like I am always being listened to and always feel supported with being a first time mom. The staff is really caring, and I know there are comments on here speaking on the receptionists, as a former medical receptionist, please give them some respect and support, they go through a lot of patients per day, they do a lot behind the scenes, and if they ever run behind that is definitely okay! Love the medical team and office staff! Thank you guys!

Front desk is ignoring my calls. I needed help with intakes for my son and she sent me to a voice mail and now is hanging up my calls when I’m calling. Horrible service. I will be going down there and talk to supervisor on duty.

I had a great experience at this doctor’s office at both locations. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The office was clean and well-organized, and the wait time was minimal. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I appreciated how thorough and caring everyone was. It’s clear that patient care is a top priority here. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive healthcare providers!!
