Been going to see Dr. Swedberg and Marisol for years. They are really great, never wait more than a few minutes and they take very good care of their patients.

They are extremely helpful and amazing customer service.

The doctor did good with my son and if it were just him, this would be a five star. His receptionist is rude and acted annoyed that we showed up without an appointment. She then wanted to snap at me about that.... we were literally the only ones there, I may have been understanding if they were busy. I had called this morning was told to just come after 2pm. She snapped at me to take a clipboard and then told me to tell my son to go into the room and she will be there. No hello, how are you... nothing. She then proceeded to go out to the eye care center and snap at the employees for giving me incorrect info on the phone, she was so loud about it I could hear it from the waiting room. Had my son not already been with the doctor, we would have left. I went out there to try to defend them and she continued to argue and be rude. I told her that she was being unprofessional and she wanted to argue about that. I will pay double to never go back here. We even left without getting glasses from the eye care center and willing to pay more for that too so I don't have to deal with his staff any longer.

Went there for my contact lens exam. Everybody was very nice and very professional. Prices are reasonable.

Dr. Swedberg is excellent. He is super thorough at the same time very efficient. His office assistant Marisol is the best. She runs a tight ship. I hope he's there for a while because I really like him and I will follow wherever he goes if he ever leaves Walmart, crossing fingers that he won't.

I needed an eye exam and currently have Medicaid. I had called 5 places and each one said they did not take my particular brand of Medicaid (Blue Cross/ Blue Shield). I called this place and spoke to Marisol. She was professional, Kind, and understanding. While they did not take my insurance she gave me the name and number to two placed that did. I wasn't a customer, but I received great customer service. When my insurance changes, and if they take it, I will come here for my exams and eye glasses purchases. Thank you Marisol.

Yesterday was my first time seeing OD James Swedberg to get my regular annual eye exam since mine expired a month ago and just moved from California. They did not take my insurance since it is from California, therefore my exam for contacts, glasses and dilation was out of pocket. Which was not even expensive versus other offices. Loved how knowledgeable James Swedberg is, you can tell the man knows what he is talking about. Throughly checked my eyes, got a pair of contacts to go and now I'm not as blind as a bat. I'm also at ease knowing my eyes are healthy! Highly recommend him! They are located inside Walmart on Craig.

Great service.. Marisol goes beyond service to make sure that everyone is treated fairly.. Also they speak Spanish as well..
