Received a very poorly fitted crown from Dr. Farokh. It was so bad that my new dentist sent her a letter telling her she needed to fix it. She agreed to fix it. Why did she let me leave the office with such terrible work? The temporary broke 3 times. Now less than a year later the whole crown just fell off. When I called to make an emergency appointment the best they could do was two days later. Besides that her office is always overcharging me and recommending unessacery treatments.
