Dr. Joseph Watson and the staff are an awesome team! Very professional from the first prenatal appointment up to post partum. He delivered my baby and also saved my life. Forever grateful for a great doctor.

Charlene is the best . She delivered and helped me along this last pregnancy and now we have another on the way . I don’t deal with rude people I’m always treated very nicely .

Dr. Paul is an excellent doctor! I went to see him after my old obgyn suddenly passed away. I would recommend Dr. Paul to anyone. He has delivered 2 of my children. He really cares about his patients and is very professional and efficient in his job. You can tell he loves what he does and that's what is most important!

I have been seeing Julia Sung for the last 5 years. She is competent, professional, and has empathy for her patients above and beyond any health care worker I have ever seen. The office staff was accommodating and friendly! I highly recommend the office on North Durango!!!

The staff is really unprofessional instead off calling me to the desk they yell my personal things out I will let my doctor that sent me to this office the team is very unprofessional. The staff here all they do is sit around and talk and be rude. I see why it's not alot of people here. I should have read the reviews next time I will before I get sent somewhere that doesn't care about patients. Then after I get in the room the doctor nurse come in because the other nurse couldn't help very sad.

I'm not sure what it is but after the doctor I saw once before the others before she left... this place has gone down hill. Not only rude in person but rude over the phone. Makes this place kind of a pain to go to, so I'm switching obgyn's. If I'm not being rude to you, you shouldn't be giving me all the attitude in the world.

It's good now. now that the covid protocol is over. it use to be so horrible because they won't let you in as a husband before. service was good. The Dr missed our baby's delivery and had a NP instead her trainee midwife. Overall experience is good.

I've been going here for several years and it's always a hassle - Dr. Kelly not available at Aliante location so must travel far, won't fill my needed prescription that been using for more than 2 years... even in an emergency. Very unhelpful staff not understanding my delimma. Would do NOTHING to help. I will be choosing another doctor. Think twice before making an appt. There is a reason they are rated so low. Should of changed docs a long time ago. Beware.

The doctor that I saw tried very hard to bully me into having a procedure done that I was very unsure about, *refused* to answer my questions about the procedure (instead going off on some other subject at length) and the entire time he was in the exam room with me tugged at his.. male appendage through his pants every 5-10 seconds.

Met Dr. Paul ONCE. I was scheduled for a colposcopy. I was extremely nervous so I asked my mother to accompany me. Waited in the exam room about 20-30 minutes. Dr. Paul came barging in, while he was on his PHONE. No hello, nothing. He proceeded to have his phone conversation for another 10 minutes. Finally, he hung up. No apology. He takes one look inside me and says "you have no cervix". No duh, I had a hysterectomy in 2016. No colposcopy was performed. And now, WHASN is trying to charge me for the procedure. There was no procedure. I've called WHASN, let several messages for someone to call me back, and WHASN's response was to send me to a collections agency. In the meantime, I've gone to a new gyno and couldn't be happier.
