I waited more than 4 hours for three prescriptions, after coming back they still said to wait and they were really rude, unprofessional and irresponsible because my daughter (2 years old) needed it as soon as possible those prescriptions!

Too bad you can’t give zero stars. This location doesn’t deserve any. Everytime I tried to pre order photos days in advance some times. Never completed when they say they are. End up waiting 20 minutes just to ask for help at photos then to wait another for them to print them. Literally 2 photos takes longer than 24 hours plus me waiting in 2 lines for them to still have to wait and print. DO NO SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE TRASH and way understaffed.

Pharmacy is a joke! If you call, then expect to hold for at least 30 minutes. If and when your call is answered, expect to be greeted by an underwhelmed pharmacy technician who could care less that you’ve wasted half of your day to speak to someone. If you use the app, it’s just as unreliable and always seems to lose my refill request.. so, that means another half day wasted. If you decide to resolve in person, then make sure your gas tank is full for all the sitting you’ll be doing with your car in idle. Oh and don’t bother with the Express lane if you pay on the app .. for the drive thru, they normally have 1 lane for refills and another for Covid testing and both move like molasses — hence that full tank of gas you’re going to need. And if you visit inside, they are never staffed to accommodate the express option and back to the end of the line you’ll go. Such a bummer …. We couldve done great thingsWALGREENS.. your employees lack motivation and your service bites!! After my last prescription, I’m moving on.. but your service is just horrible all the away around!

This walgreens one of the worst in the country. The pharmacist don't speak english. Very rude!! Definitely taking my scripts Out of this Store. and taking to another chain. Actually I already have..My last wait time waiting on hold 1 hr 32 minutes.What really topped. Everything off is about 4hr. til. Pickup they Walgreens cancelled my prescription Had to call the doctor and reorder Everything

Came in for a covid home test for my daughter. Online says they have them in stock. Come in the store, greet the cashier/stocker, I was ignored. Checked the pharmacy area, couldn't find any tests. Asked the pharmacist, she said they were up front. Asked the stocker for assistance, ignored again. After finally getting his attention I asked for the covid test and informed him that the pharmacist stated they were at the front register. He looked "real hard" (sarcasm), spoke to someone about the status, then stated, "I guess we're out." Sorry to bother you, Walgreens employees, at 1:30 in the morning but I'm trying to make sure I don't send my daughter to school with covid in the morning.

Don't go here for a Covid test! We are on day 5 with no results!

The only reason they even get one star is because I have to in order to post a review. There has been absolutely NO ONE helpful at this location pharmacy. When I go in I am told I can just call to check in on the status of my inhaler. So then, when I call I get put on hold for 22 minutes and then hung up on and then again after 23 minutes on hold. Rude service and no one wants to do their job. "Out of their hands." When I worked in a clinic pharmacies called our doctor for prior auth all the time. Not here. I guess I have to be on pain meds or suboxone to get aid, rather than an inhaler. Forget that someone cannot breath though.Update: This is still the worst pharmacy EVER. Put on hold over and over and OVER. No one wants to take calls but then tell you to call if you go in to ask questions. If you cannot handle the calls hire more people!!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Do not get your prescription filled here! They filled my prescription incorrectly and on top of that they will keep you on hold for 20 minutes. They kept picking up and not saying anything and placing me on hold.
