Absolutely terrific! Thomas does not try to force anything on. If you need hearing aides he shows you the different kinds & suggests what would work for you & not always the most expensive. The rest of the staff is very nice also.

Great place to go I had a very great experience I got tested for my hearing aids and what a difference it made. the Dr their is great and works and explains everything to you and shows you how to do everything for your hearing aids office lady is great and so helpful love this place

A deceptive, lying, and false-advertising business. I received a letter announcing that My Hearing Centers was offering a “free” hearing test “and examination.” I called them and made an appointment. They contacted me no less than three other times by phone and text to make sure that I am on time and and that I arrive 15 minutes early to fill out an application. I did my part on time. A man named Brian or Bryan introduced himself and took me to his office (not an exam or testing room). There, he wasted 45 minutes of my time with a sales pitch. There was no hearing test or examination as advertised, astoundingly they insisted that I bring the advertisement-letter with me! This business relies upon the public’s good faith and honesty to keep an appointment, but they miserably fail on their end with dishonesty in adverting and performance. There is an old adage, “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.” I won’t give them a second chance since the shame is on them.
