Whasn Pahrump's Online Review Report Card

First of all I arrived 30 minutes early to the location specified on their map on their website. I hit the map directions off of their website. I was there on time but was taken to a little Shack house. I immediately called and was on the phone with a rude woman who kept telling me it was in a pink building. There was no pink building. I redid google maps several times and it kept taking me to this broken down house. First she put me on hold without even telling me that she was going to put me on hold I waited a while then I called back . She claimed she told me she was going to put me on hold but she did not. She puts me on hold for another 15 minutes and then gets back on and tells me I will need to reschedule because I am late. I'm a very intelligent person. I am very precise and specific and it took me a long time with my job to carve out Time for this appointment. And I needed this appointment desperately. I was still 15 early for my actual appointment and she refused to guide me and said she didn't live in Pahrump and only knew it was in a pink building. This was the worst experience I have had in so long and I will never go back or even try to visit this place again. It was disgusting, rude, a waste of my valuable time and to make it worse the woman was not even trying to be helpful. Furthermore they offered the option in a text message to fill out paperwork online. I wasted about 20 minutes trying to find that earlier in the day. I Called and I believe the same woman told me that they don't offer that. So I did everything I could and I was there 30 minutes early. So Not only was their text message incorrect, there is no way to contact the office in Pahrump. Disgusting. I want to add that I have taken screenshots of Google Maps to show the time I arrived and where I was and how many times I kept driving back to that same spot and I have the times on my phone from when this woman started and put me on hold. I will also be contacting the doctor directly by mail. I work in healthcare. This was inexcusable. I don't post reviews but I will be putting this review everywhere I can find so everyone in this town knows what happened.

Awful. I sat in a room waiting for my doctor and could hear every word between doctor and patient in the next room. Including the woman whimpering and yelling out in pain over the procedure. And then Chris.. the doctor. comes in talks a mile a minute, barely listens and then gets on the phone to discuss my case with another doctor and says, in front of me, "She supposedly has ....." This place has no idea how to treat women. AVOID. For your physical and emotional health. You deserve better.

Wrong address! It is at 330 lola. Got there at 10:45 am (wrong address) 11:20 am before I was told about wrong address. 11:30 am , at correct place and filling out paperwork. Watch out for unsupervised children running around. Office staff was ok , they are just there, but to help in any way. Dr was nice. Visit was very short. GO TO VEGAS! 1pm finally done

Was on time people from front office to back were very nice

I love Dr. Paul Sheldon and his team. He is kind and thorough in both his exams and explanations. I do not feel rushed. My waiting time is reasonable as well. Front staff is friendly too. WHASN doctors are currently only in town on Wednesdays.

The doctors took very good care of me and were very thorough catching a serious condition another doctor overlooked. The staff is very kind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new OB/GYN.
