List of Ali Nairizi's Reviews
This doctor laughed as he removed staples from the implantation of a DRG stimulator due to hyperalgesia (pain sensitivity) from CRPS. The post surgical wound opened up and every subq stitch extruded. I found him to be insensitive and arrogant. I now have and excellent team at Stanford Pain Clinic and a local Stanford trained pain mgmt doctor. I do not recommend Ali Nairizi, MD. I was a patient when Naiziri was with NV Advanced Pain with Dr Patterson. The Abbott reps were professional and we worked together as an effective team. I had the DRG removed by Dr Patterson Yes I was a patient of Naiziri
God bless Dr. Nairizi and staff There is no doubt in my mind he is the best !!! he is beyond amazing and makes you feel safe and comfortable Dr. Nairizi is the BEST!!! Rock Star in my Book! Thank you so Much!!!
I went to Dr. Nairizi for long term rib pain. My family doctor recommended Dr. Nairizi after several xrays and MRIs did not show any problems. Dr. Nairizi gave me two nerve block injections which gave me temporary relief and qualified me for a Medial Nerve Ablation. During the procedure he was always asking about my pain level to make it as painless as possible. Two days after the procedure I woke up at 3:30am to go to the bathroom and after 2 years I had no pain getting out of bed and walking. Time will tell how long I will feel pain free but I am so thankful to Dr. Nairizi for his compassion and knowledge
I believe Dr Nairizi is competent, at least in what he did for me. I had ablation done to the nerves in my lower back. He however has almost no bedside manner. His assistants are mostly who you see when you go in for procedures. He comes in, mostly talks to the assistant, does the procedure and afterwards pats your arm and asks if your doing ok then walks out. During one of my procedures last year he and the assistant talked about the office schedule, it was like I wasn't even in the room. I finished the procedures I had to do and I will never go back. The nerves have grown back bringing with it my back pain and I am now looking for a different doctor.
Dr. Nairizi is an absolutely phenomenal doctor. I came to him years ago with chronic lower back pain after a diseconomy and a laminectomy and he placed a permanent tens unit in my back, which the sciatica has completely gone away. 😃. Amazing to me! His friendly nature and very personable approach to my care was simply outstanding! He discussed everything with me and my boyfriend who I allowed in there and allowed Dr. Nairizi to speak to, including the fact that I would literally have a “box” showing in my back and really wanted to be certain that not only was I comfortable with this device, but that my boyfriend understood what it all entailed as well. Obviously, my boyfriend and I decided it was necessary, my boyfriend doesn’t care and, unless you’re wearing a super tight top, no one else will even know. My “battery” lasts for 10 years and, I must admit, that I was a bit heavier when he performed the procedure, I lost weight (gained it back plus some! ), it did shift some and I am really looking forward to getting this repositioned! Nothing Dr. Nairizi could have predicted, nor could have I! He is an absolutely amazing Dr., and, I highly recommend him! Go and see him, you will not be disappointed! Looking forward to seeing you soon again Dr. Nairizi!
I would never, never recommend Dr. Nairizi. My pain is in my shoulderblade, not my spine, and I told the nurses and practitioners that. He obviously didn't listen to them any more than he did me. I had a Fluoroguide for spine injection, two INJ Peripheral Nerve/BR 9 64640 (whatever that is) and a Triamcinolone Acet injnos J3301??? Nothing was done where I was having the pain and now I'm in worse pain that I have been. Luckily I have an appointment with a highly recommended person this time!
My experience with Dr. Nairizi's office ended abruptly at the end of 2021 when I was dismissed from his practice for allegedly avoiding requires urine testing. This was a shock to me because I had complied with their requests religiously. The office employs random testing based on the number you come up with after rolling their dice. On my last visit, I rolled an 11 and was told by the person taking my vitals that they wouldn't require a sample from me that day. I then finished up my appt with Kami, a PA, stopped at the front desk to make a follow up appt with PJ and said goodbye. An hour later I'm in line at the pharmacy and I get a call from the office manager telling me I ran out before being tested and was no longer a patient and that my prescriptions were cancelled. To make a strange experience even more strange, nobody at the office will speak with me about this. I tried Dr. Nairizi and just about everyone on his staff and nobody would speak with me. I am astounded by the lack of professionalism from this office. In addition to not speaking with me, office staff who witnessed the events did not come forward on my behalf and Dr. Nairizi, contrary to what's on his website, showed a total lack of concern for my health by cutting off all medications immediately. Everyone knows you're supposed to wean off pain meds slowly or risk complications, including seizures and/or stroke. Most of the staff here are friendly but the office is not patient friendly. They will quickly turn on a patient to cover for staff. And good luck speaking with Dr. Nairizi. I don't think he sees any patients for consults or continued care and his staff hm prohibits and patients from access to communicate with the Dr. He seems more preoccupied taking hundreds of thousands from his preferred medical device companies. If you become a patient her, rest assured you will be slotted for surgery - either pain pump or spinal stimulator. Someone's got to pay for all the extra income the doc is manipulating.
Great doctor and amazing staff. Thanks for taking care of my me!
He offers right treatments for your painful pathology and listens to you
Never got any answers to questions. Got yelled at. Narizi only listens to one side of an conflict, never this patient and has a large in charge staff member to dismiss you from office. My prescriptions & appts were always screwed up. Dr. Narizi you certainly not Dr./man that I knew before.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
