Alison Westfall's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Westfall for a few years, i mostly was seeing her for annual exams, i had a routine annual exam and apparently the results were not good, the news is something i should have been told about as it required several procedures and more frequent follow ups. Unfortunately, I was never informed by her or her office... I skipped a year of exams ( thinking i was good and in my late 30's) I then upon a referral to go see Women's wellness Dr Wellhoner , Her office on initial appointment asked me how i had been treated for condition since leaving Dr. Westfall ( no records), i explained i had not and what condition? well i was then told and had to undergo a lot of procedures , thank god I did not have the issue any longer however it could have made me very sick and potentially cause Cancer. Dr. Westfall failed me as a patient, when i called office they disregarded me. I will NEVER see any doctor at OBGYN Associates again! She is always rushed and more involved in $$ than care!

I've been a patient of Dr. Westfall a fit 3 years and it's always been a pleasure. With having a high risk pregnant, she was very informative, and took an aggressive approach to keep our baby in. She walked us through what we would now likely encounter throughout my pregnancy, referred me to the high risk pregnancy center for extensive supervision and I saw her for every appointment. I never saw another provider. Her medical assistant Tory was always very helpful as well which is a direct impression on the provider. She too very informative, really showed she cared and was comforting when we went through a scary patch where we thought we would deliver early. She was a joy to see every visit and man did I see her a lot! The office was always clean, almost always the right temp for a patient who was half naked and most of the check in staff was nice. I won't complain about last minute canceled appointments only because I understand emergency C-section, and other people's babies have to be born. They got rescheduled at their earliest convenience and worked around my schedule as well. I know there are bad reviews but none of them took into consideration that their baby wasn't the only baby being born when their baby was and she isn't going to be able to deliver all of her patients babies but she hold a 75% delivery rate which is better than most OB providers in town. I will take a provider who follows my pregnancy over getting butt hurt they she didn't deliver my baby any day. 10/10 recommend her and hope she is still practicing when I choose to have my next baby.

She is amazing she delivered all my babies and when I was having my 4 baby she moved her location and I hunted her down and was on her books in just a few days. I was sooo happy her nurse tori is a wonderful person with a heart of gold!!! I have been seeing them both for almost 18 years for all my ob related problems

Dr. Westfall has been great from start to finish. She's accommodated what I desire for my pregnancy needs, takes time with me every time she sees me, and even remembers details about my family that we share in casual conversation. The nurse Tory with her also listend closely to me and makes me feel like she's invested in my experience as well. They are all great and Dr. Westfall is incredible.

I loved Dr Westfall! I saw her for most of my appointments while pregnant and she was amazing. I always felt comfortable and if I was concerned about something she made sure to get me in that day to see me. She was always willing to answer any of my silly first time mom questions and I never felt judged. My favorite part about Dr Westfall is the smile she would get on her face when she would find the babies heartbeat at my baby check ups. Overall great experience and wish I could use her for my next pregnancy.

Awful (multiple) experiences with this doctor!! Throughout my entire pregnancy I met her ONCE! Every other appt was done by her nurse practitioner.. They calls and cancel appts ALL the time, either right before the appt or as you're walking in the door to sign in.. Also, she always has other docs deliver your baby.. Not personal or caring at all!!!! Ladies, I Definitely HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Super unprofessional will treat you like an idiot if you want a natural birth and didn't take care of my server morning sickness until I almost passed out on her table. Find someone who will take care of you.

It is 4:30...the night before I have my first appt with doctor Westfall. I am a teacher, took a day off work that I cannot get back. Her office called to tell me that unfortunately she won't be in the office tomorrow and is rescheduling appointments in December! Really? If SHE is cancelling ME don't you think she can get me in sometime before December? The scheduler that called didn't seem to care one bit that I had been inconvenienced or was upset. This is the state of our medical care. I will be finding another doctor.

She delivered my first baby, my son! And let me tell you how wondefull she is! She rushed down to make it so the on call doctor wasn't the one to deliver me. She had wet hair when she got there, amd she was just so awesome. After I had him, she came to check on me the next day, I believe that's normsl, but she asked to see my son and we talked for a minute. Now she gets to deliver my daughter! !

Dr. Westfall is insensitive and unprofessional. I had been a patient of hers for about 7 yrs when I had a mammogram that showed a mass. a biopsy was then done. The Biopsy was done on a Wednesday. I was told I could expect to hear from Dr. Westfall's office on Friday. After 3 days of numerous calls to her office and being left on hold she came to the phone Tues morning, She told me she was with pts, That I had cancer and needed surgery. She sent me to a Gen. surgeon who sugg a double Massectomy
