I went to the emergency room because I thought I had a stroke. He ran tests and diagnosed me and it wasn’t a stroke at all. I was a scared, angry, ungrateful patient, but he helped me through all that. I owe him an apology and gratitude for his care that day. Thank you, Dr. Frey.

Dr. Frey took care of my son with an airway emergency. He was thoughtful and compassionate in a very scary situation.

My son (6) was admitted to the ER where Dr Fry was the attending. He was more interested in the broken foot than doing a scan on his head that I keept asking for (a 600lb safe fell on him at a store), turns out he had frontal lobe brain trauma that was diagnosed by his pediatrician a few weeks later with an MRI.

Dr. Bret Frey is probably hands down the worst doctor I've ever had the misforture of dealing with. I suffered a severe blow to my arm where I had broken it previously. I went to the ER because I feared I may have fractured it. I had a huge lump on my elbow and it instantly bruised. In addition to the fact I would scream in pain when it was moved into certain positions. We Xray'ed it & it was a bad contusion. So he tells me to take 3 ibuprofen every 6 hrs. I asked if he could do something a little better so I'm not eating a bunch of pills. He then made me feel bad for asking for help for the with the pain. Starts giving me all this statistics and tells me they're monitoring his scripts. Tells me 99% of the norco consumed, is consumed in the US. So apparently the people in pain should be ashamed to ask for relief & all the people using irresponsibly are somehow your problem. I would understand if my chart showed that I come in all the time asking for them, but it definitely doesn't and I didn't say I wanted anything specific. Just something a little better so I don't have to take so many as it's hard on your stomach. I explain I have had 2 surgeries on my arm already & have never had a problem before. Why I should have to say all this to get help in the place that's supposed to help you, is beyond me. He tells me he's worried about me getting one. Where this is coming from, I don't know. This guy is off his rocker & a joke of a doctor.
