I purchased Botox through one of his holiday specials for a gift. The person was unable to use it so I asked if they could honor it for me in the future as I had just given birth and was breastfeeding. After waiting on a long hold I was told the office manager would call me, she never did. I called again and again and was finally told that there was nothing they could do. $500 down the drain! Worst customer service I’ve encountered in years. Surely they could honor it, they just didn’t want to.

He is absolutely amazing!!!!! Don’t wait…just schedule ur appt! The office ladies are fab, the surgery scheduler is fab, the medical assistant is fab…and most of all Dr Virden! Office is beautiful, clean and relaxed vibe and easy to get in for appt.

Wonderful doctor & staff. Everyone in his office is so kind and he is so caring and has such a great bedside manner and calming presence. I really trust him and am grateful I chose him for my explant. I already feel 100 times better and it’s only been a week. Highly recommend.

Went in today for a complicated wound care procedure. Genuinely have never encountered friendlier staff, or a better doctor. Presuming you're in the market, I cannot recommend this location more. Book with them with full confidence in the quality you'll receive

Had a lipoma removed from my lower cheek. Dr. Virden was able to schedule the surgery for only 3 days after my consultation! Procedure was quick with only mild discomfort afterwards. He even went in through my mouth so i have no visible scaring. My stitches have dissolved and healing is going great! Im absolutely thrilled to have a more symmetrical face. Dr. Virden and all his of his staff were great, thank you so much!

Had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and Botox with this office. Dr. Virden is a very experienced and knowledgeable surgeon who makes you feel like family. Not a lot of drs give out their cell number for when you have questions but he does because he genuinely cares about his patients. All of his staff are so warm and professional too. Would definitely recommend!

Three months ago, I had my eye bags removed. Dr. Virden did great job and I look much younger. In the early morning before my surgery, I accidentally drank and ate some food. A nurse in the hospital told me that I had to reschedule. She said that Dr. Virden had busy schedule that day. There was no way he could move my surgery to the end. But Dr. Virden did. So I was able to rest and recover during my vacation time. Also Dr. Virden gave patients his cell phone no. so that we can easily reach him after surgery. He also called the night after surgery. I felt grateful that I found a wonderful doctor. Also, his staff are very nice. Before and after surgery visits are pleasant too. I strongly recommend Dr.Virden who you can trust.

I went to Dr. Virden for plastic surgery on eyes (upper/lower). The doctor and his entire staff were friendly, answered questions professionally, made me feel special and the results are amazing. If you are considering plastic surgery this is the doctor to see. Many blessing to him and his entire staff. You have changed my life!
