I have been going here for over a year, never once missed an appointment and today I had a mishap where I couldn’t make my 1pm. I called and told them I was unable to come in, the person told me that it’s gonna be $80 per hour and because it takes 1.5hrs for the dentist to do my two fillings I’m gonna be charged $120. The only reason I had this appointment April 1st to begin with was because a few weeks prior they over booked the dentist and he was unable to do all four fillings at once ,he could only do two out of the four. So, how is it that the patient can be understanding when the doctor is overbooked but when it’s time for y’all to be considerate I’m being charged per hour for something out of my control?? I will not be coming back so you guys have lost a patient. Just be aware that if you have an emergency you will be billed $80 per hour for their time if cancelled

I loved my first experience here! Environment was peaceful and clean, hygienist was so fun and friendly and knowledgeable. This office and its staff seem to have the heart of educators. Many things were explained in depth, they took their time and nothing felt rushed. Even the toothbrushes they give are amazing. They did things and explained things I had never had done before. They seem very progressive in their procedures. We don’t use fluoride and no one even asked me about fluoride which was nice. Extremely happy with our experience and will be loyal patrons.

Shout-out to this whole team for being awesome. Growing up without visiting the dentist, Ryan is getting me back on track with dental health and doing it in a painless fashion.
